Currently I am torn between enola and willa for my new puppy. I know that there is lots of stigma around the name enola, but I love enola holmes and think that her personality is similar to enola’s. That being said I also love the charm and softness of Willa, especially with the middle name mae. (also I used to love granny willow in pocahontas as a kid)
I know this is the area for girl names, but I prefer human names for her and appreciate the wider range available in this category
[name_f]Nola[/name_f] would cute!!
I’m not sure I would advocate [name_f]Enola[/name_f] for a human, but I think it’s fun and unexpected for a puppy! [name_f]Willa[/name_f] is sweet but probably much more common for a pet name, I would imagine, if that matters to you.
I love [name_f]Willa[/name_f] for a puppy - and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] too. I think it would be easier to call out for a puppy
I would do [name_f]Enola[/name_f]!
I’m not sure how often the name will be typed out on a keyboard, but I think [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] is a safer option.
I like [name_f]Enola[/name_f] but I tend to make a lot of typos, such as hitting the wrong key, or pretting two keys at once (which I correct before replying), and I’m worried that I (or someone else) would accidentally hit B instead of N and type “Ebola” (Much more of a “me” mistake as I find it hard to type on my keyboard)
It’s a pc keyboard with floating keys so it’s quite big.
that and ecola/ecoli is one of my concerns
[name_f]Enola[/name_f] nn [name_f]Nola[/name_f] would be adorable!!
I think [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] is really cute for a puppy!
[name_f]Enola[/name_f] for a puppy
I think [name_f]Enola[/name_f] is a better name for a dog because while it is a human name, it is not rapidly tumbling toward the top twenty like willa is.
