[name]How[/name] do you honestly feel about the first name [name]Willa[/name]? I am pregnant and conflicted. My maiden name is [name]Williams[/name], so we chose it to honor that. But, she will have a cousin who is [name]William[/name] (not from my side so not honoring my last name. He goes by [name]Willie[/name]/[name]Will[/name]). Is that too close for comfort? I know my in-laws would say yes, but I want an outsider’s opinion. Also, what about the [name]Willa[/name]/Wontcha problem of kids making fun?
Other names I like but not as much as [name]Willa[/name] when I am not conflicted:
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Whether or not a cousin named [name]William[/name] is too close for comfort is an individual thing.
