I like [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] better by far, but like [name_u]Luca[/name_u] and [name_m]Lucien[/name_m] even better…
[name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] is extremely classic and timeless. [name_m]Holden[/name_m] is trendy and [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] is dated, so I would go with [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]. It isn’t as classic or timeless as [name_m]William[/name_m], but it stands up better than the other two.
Thank you for the replies! Given further thought, I agree with you southern.maple about the classic timelessness of [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m]. I have decided to possibly use [name_u]James[/name_u] as [name_m]William[/name_m]‘s brother’s name. [name_m]William[/name_m] and [name_u]James[/name_u]…what do you nameberries think of that combo? Any suggestion for [name_u]James[/name_u]’ middle name? 
I had voted for [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] for the same reasons as southern.maple. I think [name_u]James[/name_u] fits well with [name_m]William[/name_m].
[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Holden[/name_m] or [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]? [name_m]Both[/name_m] get in two of your original picks.
As of right now I like [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Holden[/name_m], [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Charles[/name_m], [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_u]Michael[/name_u], and [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], the latter three being family names, [name_m]Holden[/name_m], I have just always had a weak spot for since Cather in the [name_m]Rye[/name_m] none of them seem perfect though…
[name_m]Lucas[/name_m], it isn’t even competition.
