A family at school just had their 4th child and named her [name]Willow[/name] [name]River[/name] (Siblings are: [name]Finn[/name] (b), [name]Avalon[/name] (g) and [name]Marley[/name] (b).
I’ve just realised how much I love this name and others seem to agree because it’s appearing on people’s list at an extremely fast rate!
Have people noticed many baby [name]Willow[/name]'s out there? I live in Australia so am interested if it’s the same in other countries?
I am also in Australia and I also really love [name]Willow[/name]! I used to be a bit hesitant because it always seemed to remind me of [name]Alyson[/name] Hannigan’s character in [name]Buffy[/name], but I guess with time that fades.
I think it’s a name that is unique (although for how long?) without being silly, and would be cute for a baby but also sensible for an adult. I love it!
Unfortunately though my partner (who is a carpenter) looked at me when I suggested it and said “but isn’t that timber?”. Sigh!
