[name]Both[/name] names are grandmother’s names. Does either combo work/Sound good?
It’s rather repetitive.
The only difference between the names is that one has a W and the other doesn’t. The rest of the sounds are the same.
I like [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Wilma[/name] better of the two. Separating the -ma Am- part, which is a little hard to say, makes it flow easier.
Neither has great flow, but I think that [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Wilma[/name] is the better of the two and fairly wearable. Something about the M sounds being so close together in [name]Wilma[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] is really awkward and cumbersome. I also think that [name]Amelia[/name] would probably be an easier first name to wear than [name]Wilma[/name].
I agree that neither flow that well. I prefer the [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Wilma[/name] combo, but I love the idea of [name]Wilma[/name] for a first name.
I posted on your other thread, but wanted to plug [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Wynne[/name]. The meter and tone are lovely.
Instead of using both names, what about combining the two into something like [name]MILA[/name]? Would that be a better choice than trying to use both names when they don’t flow, and saddling a child with the outdated wilma? are there any other names that can be made from the two names? should i give up on the idea of using family names because i don’t want to insult anyone if i were to just use one of them?
[name]Mila[/name] is an excellent idea, and very pretty!
I like [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Wilma[/name]. It sounds fine to me, but then again I’m not as OCD about flow as most berries.
I think both amelia wilma and amelia wilma sound fairly clunky. I do like [name]Blade[/name]'s suggestion of [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Wynne[/name], very pretty. [name]Mila[/name] would be a perfect way to combine the two. [name]Willa[/name] would work better instead of [name]Wilma[/name] or maybe [name]Emilie[/name] instead of [name]Amelia[/name] even though I do love [name]Amelia[/name] (I like the spelling [name]Emilia[/name]). Maybe something like [name]Emilie[/name] [name]Wynne[/name]? [name]Mia[/name] could also be an option for [name]Amelia[/name]. [name]Wilma[/name] is harder to work with. [name]Willa[/name] [name]Emilie[/name]?
[name]Mila[/name] is lovely!
[name]How[/name] about [name]Amelie[/name] [name]Wilhelmina[/name]?
