What do we think of these middles to go with beautiful girl [name_u]Windsor[/name_u]?! So far my husband and I are at an impasse And I welcome any new suggestions as well!! We’re trying to choose something pretty, feminine, one to two syllables since our last name has three.
[name_f]Bea[/name_f] (this one makes me swoon ”)
[name_f]Mari[/name_f]
[name_u]Sutton[/name_u] (hub’s fav, place name in Oregon with meaning for us)
[name_f]Elle[/name_f]
[name_m]Fox[/name_m]
[name_f]Rosie[/name_f]
[name_u]Finlay[/name_u]
[name_u]Shea[/name_u]
Hmmm…my favorites would be [name_f]Bea[/name_f] or [name_u]Sutton[/name_u].
I think I would go for [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_u]Sutton[/name_u], though. [name_f]Bea[/name_f] sounds more like an initial…so if you were to say “[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Bea[/name_f]”, I would think that there were multiple Windsors and you were using her last initial to differentiate between children.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_u]Windsor[/name_u]! It feels classy, yet unexpected to me…a total win in my book. I love [name_u]Sutton[/name_u], as well! Same feel as [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] to me. If it were me, I would use [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] and save [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] for another first name. I just love [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] + [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] as a sibset!
I’m dreaming of a sibset for you: [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. <3 but, you’ve got to choose what you LOVE!
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] as suggested above is really nice, but it screams [name_u]Royal[/name_u] Family watchers. I would avoid any middles with prominent British [name_u]Royal[/name_u] names.
My favourite from your list is [name_f]Mari[/name_f] (as in mah-ree), but also like [name_f]Leona[/name_f]. Or maybe [name_f]Molly[/name_f]?
I would strike the unisex names off the list, as [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] already feels quite masculine to me.
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Bea[/name_f] - I like this!
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Mari[/name_f] - I like this as well
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Elle[/name_f] - sounds like one long name and vaguely like a brand of window cleaner
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] - I like this, but the two names might run together depending on your accent.
Thank you! I love your suggestions She’s going to have two big bros, [name_m]Tabor[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
First of all, [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] on a girl has to be the coolest thing I’ve heard all day. Beautiful and original. Kudos!
I love [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Bea[/name_f]. You could even get away with giving her a longer “B” middle name like [name_u]Blair[/name_u] or [name_u]Brooke[/name_u], etc and call her [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] B for short if you find one you both like better.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_u]Windsor[/name_u]!! It’s been sitting on our middle name list, and we have [name_m]Rowe[/name_m] on our list for boys so I feel like we have similar tastes!
I like a frilly feminine name with [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] due to it being unisex.
I tend to prefer uncommon first names and more familiar middle names -
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you like
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Evalina[/name_f]
[name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Elena[/name_f]
From other suggestions I also like [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], and from your list I prefer [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Bea[/name_f]
If you were looking for a longer name - what about [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] , [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] or [name_u]Windsor[/name_u] [name_f]Belen[/name_f] ?
