I prefer [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] or [name_f]Winifred[/name_f], [name_u]Winn[/name_u] sounds too masculine for my taste. [name_u]Winn[/name_u] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] is my favorite combo, it sounds really sweet.
I like [name_u]Winn[/name_u] a lot (I’d personally spell it [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] for either gender though). Not normally a huge fan of [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] but it works really well here! It’s difficult to pair but that combination of clunky and floral feels perfect, like the smell of old log cabins in summer (warm, dusty, sweet… bizarre imagery haha I apologise). [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Jessamy[/name_f] have the same effect for me!
[name_f]Cassia[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f], [name_f]Isolde[/name_f], and [name_f]Magdala[/name_f] also come to mind.
I really love a short, spunky, kind of boyish name on a girl. Especially with a frilly middle. [name_u]Winn[/name_u] is no exception, I think you get a little of that [name_u]Wren[/name_u] feel.
It is one of those midde name resistant names, to me, as far as flow, but I love [name_u]Winn[/name_u] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. And like most boyish names, tack an [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] on and it’s nicely tailored.
I love [name_u]Wynn[/name_u], but prefer that spelling for a boy. I enjoy your imagery. I get these off the wall sort of images with names too.
I love [name_u]Winn[/name_u] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. So cute!
Thanks!
I like [name_f]Winnifred[/name_f] (well, [name_f]Winifred[/name_f]), it’s a bit too clunky for my tastes at the moment but it’s a cute name. [name_u]Wynter[/name_u] doesn’t appeal to me but I can see how it would!
Thanks!
Ya’ know, I hadn’t really thought about the similarity to [name_u]Wren[/name_u]. [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is what came to mind for me.
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] kinda’ works with everything ever and I love that about it. It’s a sweet name.
Thank you!
I hadn’t heard of an actual [name_u]Winn[/name_u] before! It’s always been [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] or [name_f]Winnie[/name_f].
