[name\_f]Clementine[/name\_f] would be a great way to get [name\_f]Minnie[/name\_f]. I know it’s spelled -men- and not -min-, but it feels like it works.

[name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] [name\_f]Vivienne[/name\_f] is great if it’s pronounced [name\_f]VIV[/name\_f]-ee-an, but I don’t like the flow of [name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] [name\_f]Viv[/name\_f]-ee-EN.

I still dislike [name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] as a first name. I think it’s too much.

[name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] and [name\_f]Clementine[/name\_f] would be great as sisters though.

Thanks for your response. I would pronounce it [name\_f]Viv[/name\_f]-ee-EN so it’s a shame you don’t like that version. I think we have different tastes.

[name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] Menorah and [name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] [name\_f]Galilee[/name\_f] - I think if you’re going to use an unusual first it’s better to balance it out with a more accessible middle, or vice versa.

[name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] [name\_f]Eleanor[/name\_f]/[name\_f]Eleanora[/name\_f] (similar sound to Menorah)
[name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] [name\_f]Margaret[/name\_f]
[name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] [name\_f]Eloise[/name\_f]
[name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] [name\_f]Frances[/name\_f]

[name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] [name\_f]Hayley[/name\_f]/[name\_f]Amelie[/name\_f] etc (could use other names with the -lee ending like [name\_f]Galilee[/name\_f] that are more common)
[name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] [name\_f]Fiona[/name\_f]
[name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] [name\_f]Nicole[/name\_f]
[name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] [name\_f]Isabel[/name\_f]

I’d avoid using word names as middles for [name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] and [name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] else it would make them sound like products rather than people - [name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] [name\_f]Clementine[/name\_f] sounds like a food, [name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] [name\_u]Story[/name\_u] is, well, you get the gist. Personally I find them a bit much as first names, though I’ve always had a preference for putting the uncommon name in the middle rather than up front anyway.

Of your other names, I find [name\_f]Penelope[/name\_f] and [name\_f]Clementine[/name\_f] too frilly for my tastes. I like [name\_f]Vivienne[/name\_f] but prefer the sleeker [name\_u]Vivian[/name\_u] spelling. [name\_u]Artemis[/name\_u] and [name\_u]Story[/name\_u] aren’t really my cup of tea, and neither’s Bethlehem - I’m not a fan of place names on the whole but it does have the accessible nickname [name\_f]Beth[/name\_f] if you were to use it.

Thanks for your input essjay! I do like [name\_f]Isabel[/name\_f] and [name\_f]Isadora[/name\_f] and so thanks for the suggestions. I’ll definitely think them over.

[name\_f]Maple[/name\_f] would be cute, but I can’t get past that it is the name of my dog. I don’t think other people would have that problem though (haven’t heard of any other dogs named [name\_f]Maple[/name\_f]).

I don’t like [name\_f]Easter[/name\_f] or Menorah, but [name\_f]Galilee[/name\_f] for a middle is fine. I take it you are a [name\_m]Christian[/name\_m]? Bethlehem would be a nice middle as well (although I wouldn’t use Bible place-names for first names save for [name\_f]Bethany[/name\_f], etc.).

Haha yeah that would put you off! I am [name\_m]Christian[/name\_m], yes. Bethlehem would definitely only be a middle name and thanks for the advice and opinion.
