[name]Emilia[/name] is one of my favorite girls names. I’ve never seen the [name]Emelia[/name] spelling before. Unfortunantly, I think it is too close to [name]Mia[/name]. It would be like having a [name]Lizzy[/name] and an [name]Elizabeth[/name].
I think if you love [name]Sofia[/name] then you should use it! My sister has a [name]Jacob[/name] and I can assure there are not 5 other Jacobs in his class. Infact, he is the only one. [name]Sofia[/name] is a lovely name and it flows perfectly with your kids names. You can also go to babynamewizard.com and look at the name mapper to see how popular the name is in your state.
Off your list I love [name]Stella[/name] and [name]Lucia[/name]. [name]Both[/name] are fresh and beautiful and compliment your kids names.
I would recommend against [name]Emelia[/name] and [name]Mia[/name] together, not necessarily because “[name]Mia[/name]” would be used as a nm for [name]Emelia[/name] (My name is [name]Amelia[/name] but I’ve never gone by “[name]Mia[/name]”) but just because they are so similar sounding.

I agree. [name]Emelia[/name] and [name]Mia[/name] are too close. I have an [name]Amelia[/name] and she likes to be called [name]Mimi[/name]. I don’t thinnk [name]Sofia[/name] is as popular as you think it is, maybe you should go for it. I also like [name]Carolina[/name].

We have such similar taste in names! I too love love love [name]Sofia[/name], but I just can’t bring myself to use it due to popularity. I also am in love with [name]Juliette[/name] and [name]Emilia[/name] or [name]Amelia[/name]! Other names that I fell in love with are:

I think that [name]Emilia[/name] is beautiful, and if you both agree on it and use the nn [name]Emmy[/name] than it would not be too similar to your first daughter, [name]Mia[/name].
