Would these work together?

Lately I’m crushing big time on Esmerée and [name_f]Isabeau[/name_f], possible nicknames [name_f]Esme[/name_f] and [name_u]Isa[/name_u] (EE-sa). These aren’t the very top of my list by any means, but for some reason I’m in love with them of late. The bummer is they don’t really go with my absolute number one choice, which is Kimimela ([name_u]Kim[/name_u]-MEE-meh-lah) and I’m definitely not changing my mind about that one.

What do you think? Probably doesn’t matter that much as the odds aren’t that great that I’m going to have three daughters. But should I keep them as possibilities?

Also, normally I’m really good with middle name combos…but I’m at a loss for both Esmerée and [name_f]Isabeau[/name_f]. Help?

I adore [name_f]Isabeau[/name_f], and Esmerée is really nice too. They’re both gorgeous names that are worthy of any list. That said, yeah, neither work well stylistically with Kimimela. It depends on whether that bothers you or not, because while working well stylistically is a good thing to consider, it’s not the be all and end all. If you like them, use them together, but if it bothers you, maybe look into the idea of them as middles?

Of course keep them as possibilities. You say Kimimela is not changing, but you never know how your tastes may change/evolve. Either way, nothing wrong with having different styles on your list of potentials. I love [name_f]Isabeau[/name_f] nn [name_u]Isa[/name_u], and [name_f]Esme[/name_f] is one of my top 5 names. [name_u]Isa[/name_u] and [name_f]Esme[/name_f] are great together!

I would keep them just in case. [name_m]Even[/name_m] my “set in stone” list changes occasionally!
