Would this be weird for a sibset?

Right now we are TTC and I am OBSESSED with names…

We have 1 son [name]Josef[/name]…

My husband and I dont agree on many names and often the ones we agree on are too similar to each other…

ie. [name]Lewis[/name] and [name]Lucy[/name] … or [name]Josef[/name] and [name]Georgia[/name]… i HATE matchy names!

We both like [name]Leo[/name] and we also like [name]Eleonora[/name]… would that be weird? I guess we could spell it [name]Eleanora[/name] or [name]Elenora[/name]… WDYT???

[name]Do[/name] they go with [name]Josef[/name]?

I think it could work… they are different but that is ok I think…

i just mean the [name]LEO[/name] in e[name]LEOnora[/name]…

[name]Eleonora[/name] and [name]Josef[/name]? I think they can work together, given that they have alternative spellings.

Maybe if you spelled it Elinora, it would give you a different enough ‘feel’ that you could use [name]Leo[/name] later if you wanted to. I prn it the same way, but I’m wondering if you prn it with emphasis on the O? If so, I think I would stay away from using both names. On the other hand, if you do use the second prn you could always call her [name]Ellie[/name] or [name]Nora[/name], and that would take some of the focus off of the fact that she and her brother share his name (kind of. I hope you know what I mean by that…).

Well I didn’t catch the [name]Leo[/name] in both names until you pointed it out because [name]Eleonora[/name] is pronounced ell-ee-uh-nora and not el-leo-nora. You don’t stress the O in the [name]Leo[/name] part of [name]Eleonora[/name] and so I didn’t catch that.

They have different sounds, I think it’s perfectly fine.

If you really have issues with it, spell it [name]Elenora[/name] or [name]Eleanora[/name] like you said.
