I think it works. I knew a [name]Patrick[/name] who exclusively went by Packy (he still goes by that professionally). That being said, I think Tricky is one of those nicknames that a mom/dad would use as a term of endearment not for widespread use by others. I call DS Brammie and even Brammie Muffin which I am sure he will insist I stop once he becomes old enough to realize that there too cutesy.
It works. I’m not sure (in fact, I know I wouldn’t, lol) I would want to be called Tricky, but it is kind of cute, especially for a little boy. Personally, I love [name]Patrick[/name] nn [name]Pax[/name] (or even [name]Paddy[/name], although I know not everyone loves it), but Tricky is sort of cute, in a way.
