Would you avoid these initials?

I am due with a baby girl this month, and we have finally settled on the name [name_u]Hazel[/name_u]. I wanted to name her [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] [name_f]Irene[/name_f], but our last name starts with a C. Are the initials HIC just too bad? [name_u]Or[/name_u] am I overthinking it? I am having such a hard time finding a middle name I like more. Thanks for any feedback!

i don’t think those initials are bad at all. plus, you very rarely write out your full initials. you should definitely go with Hazel Irene if you love it!

HIC are just fine initials! Hazel Irene is beautiful! That was almost my name. :blush:

I don’t love the initials but in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter much ! I hardly ever write out my full initials

[name_m]Just[/name_m] as long as it doesn’t stand for anything bad, it should be fine. Most people’s names can sound a bit strange when you put the initials together, but just as long as it isn’t something like BJ or BS, I don’t see a problem.

Not a big deal. I was expecting something like RAT or KKK (i’ve seen posts asking about those before-), lol.

Honestly, I think it’s kind of adorable? I’m one of those weirdos who would probably call her “Hiccup” as a nickname :sweat_smile:

[name_u]Hazel[/name_u] [name_f]Irene[/name_f] is so lovely. Someone in my family has the initials SIC which I’d personally avoid but HIC is absolutely fine imo! (and I really am picky about initials)
