Some of my favorites are Mila, Lily, Emma, Ellie, Bella, Liv, Luna and Sophia.
Would you use these as is or would you use a longer name with nicknames?

The main long name I’m considering is Emilia because an Emilia can go by Emi, Emma, Mila, Millie, Ella, Ellie, Lia, Lily etc.
I think the only one I wouldn’t use as it’s own name would be [name_f]Liv[/name_f], which isn’t saying others wouldn’t do so!
It’s really common in Scandinavian countries and I know a few people who are just [name_f]Liv[/name_f], but we like it as a nickname for [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]. 
Oh I didn’t know that! I imagined it as a nickname of course but I hadn’t heard of it as a full name! [name_u]Super[/name_u] cool!!!
I’d probably just go with the shorter names if that’s what I was going to use on a daily basis - and all of the ones you’ve listed feel substantial to me.
That said, if you like [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] more than you like [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f], [name_f]Millie[/name_f], [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] etc on their own, I’d use that
