Would you use it/Do you think it's useable?

Since I was sick from work yesterday I spent the day mostly on the couch watching [name]Fred[/name] Astaire and [name]Ginger[/name] [name]Rogers[/name] classics, I then had a dream where I had a little girl named Astaire so I’m now kind of in love with the idea of using Astaire as a girls name… what do you fellow nameberries think?
Would you use it?
[name]Do[/name] you think it’s useable?

I would vote for [name]Astrid[/name] which has a similar sound and a strong history.

I think I prefer [name]Adair[/name], which is very close.

I hear ‘a stair’, sorry. I always have heard [name]Fred[/name] Astaire as [name]Fred[/name], a stair anyway :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d prefer [name]Estella[/name] or [name]Adele[/name] after [name]Fred[/name]'s sister. Of course Astaire would only be unforgivable if you married name is Mrs Rodgers.

Astaire? No way. [name]Love[/name] suggestions of [name]Estella[/name] or [name]Adella[/name].
