I was looking at my names and going through possible nn’s for each names and I thought that [name_u]Wren[/name_u] could maybe be a nn for Arienne. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think that it’s too far a stretch?
EDIT: I understand that the spelling ‘Ren’ would make more sense but the nn would not be spelt anywhere, just said

I think [name_u]Ren[/name_u] makes more sense than [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
I think it works, but I’d spell it [name_u]Ren[/name_u].
I agree with PPs that say it works, but spelling it [name_u]Ren[/name_u] makes more sense. [name_u]Ren[/name_u] also looks more like a nickname, [name_u]Wren[/name_u] more like a full name.
I can definitely see it working. While I agree that [name_u]Ren[/name_u] is the intuitive nn spelling, [name_u]Wren[/name_u] would not be too far of a stretch.
I have never heard of Arienne
My only concern is that it looks like a misspelled [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] and could cause spelling and pronunciation grief…
Would you consider [name_f]Adrienne[/name_f], [name_f]Adriana[/name_f] or [name_f]Ariana[/name_f] nn [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
I don’t think those are too much of a stretch at all to get to nn wren
My aunt’s name was [name_f]Norah[/name_f] and they called her [name_f]Mae[/name_f]… My name is [name_f]Meg[/name_f] and my dad called me Bug… nicknames don’t have to make perfect sense
