Wyler for a boy?

Wondering what people think of the name Wyler for a boy? We would call him [name]Wylie[/name] or Wiles for short. We are also considering [name]Jonah[/name] and Aulden. Thanks

Wyler sounds like a made up tyler.

Wyler does sound made up. Have you considered [name]Wyatt[/name] or [name]Wilson[/name]? I like both of those personally. You could still get [name]Wylie[/name] or Wiles, but the name wouldn’t sound like a made-up [name]Tyler[/name] variant.

I prefer Aulden spelled without the U, I think it’s the right way. Is it a family name? I don’t care for it that much personally, but my choice would have to be [name]Jonah[/name].

I like [name]Wyatt[/name] or [name]Tyler[/name] better.

Wyler is too close to [name]Tyler[/name] and sounds a little too made up.
Also it kind sounds like whiner.

I agree that [name]Tyler[/name] or [name]Wyatt[/name] are maybe better options than Wyler, which does sound made up. That being said, I think that [name]Jonah[/name] is my favorite of all the names you listed! :slight_smile: best of luck

I have heard of Myler but never Wyler. I kind of like it but I am not as funny as others about somewhat made up names as long as they aren’t just a “unique” spelling.
