Xenia?

I discovered the name [name_f]Xenia[/name_f] recently, and I fell in love with it straight away, and it’s working it’s way up to be one of my favorites. Is it usable, or too outlandish? If not as a first name, is it reasonable as a middle name? Comment your thoughts!

Any other names I might like the sound of? Looking for names starting with unusual letters (Q, X, Y, etc)

I like it too. It is definitely usable. It is also a name that was popular in the Russian Imperial family and used for several daughters of Russian czars. It is no more out there than many other names used for babies.

I know a [name_f]Xenia[/name_f] so it feels perfectly useable to me. It’s a cool name!

I’m rather fond of [name_f]Xenia[/name_f]! I love X names. You might like [name_f]Xanthe[/name_f]?

Oh yes! I’ve loved [name_f]Xenia[/name_f] for quite a while and it always makes me think of the flower [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] but with a x.

I love it! Makes me think of Zinnias as well.

I quite like it though I do prefer [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f]

I love [name_f]Xenia[/name_f]! It’s one of my favourite names. Where I live, it’s also not that unusual

I think it’s perfectly usable, although not for me. Makes me think of the actress, [name_f]Xenia[/name_f] Goodwin. I also prefer [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f].

It’s pretty! The one drawback is that it could be mistaken for [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] and could require so correction.

I love it! It was my great grandma’s name (she spelled it [name_f]Ksenia[/name_f] but pronounced the same).

I know two Xenias, so its definitely usable!
How do you feel about [name_f]Zerline[/name_f], [name_f]Zephyra[/name_f], [name_f]Xanthe[/name_f], [name_f]Xantho[/name_f], [name_f]Urse[/name_f] or [name_f]Quilla[/name_f]?

I think it’s brave but usable. It reminds me of a street in my neighborhood growing up

How is that pronounced?
[name_f]Gen[/name_f]-ya Shen-ya [name_u]Zen[/name_u]-ya?

I prefer the Russian Kseniya which helps with knowing pronunciation and feels softer to me. Possible nn. Kennie, [name_u]Kenzie[/name_u], [name_f]Nia[/name_f]

I think it’s interesting and different, and I like the historical, regal vibe. For me the only issue would be people using different pronunciations (I like ZEEN-ee-uh, but I’m sure there are other ways to pronounce it).

I know one [name_f]Xenia[/name_f]! She’s from Galicia, and even if the name has greek roots, it reminds me a lot to galician names like:

Xiana
Uxia
Zeltia
Icia
Luar
Euxea
[name_f]Baia[/name_f]
Xonxa
[name_f]Ximena[/name_f]

The pronounciation I like for [name_f]Xenia[/name_f] [name_u]Zen[/name_u]-ee-uh
