Yay or nay

Having a baby girl in [name_u]December[/name_u], starting to play around with names. What do you guys think about [name_u]Shay[/name_u], [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] or [name_f]Kenna[/name_f]?

Thanks!

Yes I like them in that order with [name_u]Shay[/name_u] first. Any thoughts on middles? [name_u]Shay[/name_u] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] or [name_f]Angeline[/name_f], [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] or [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f],

I dislike [name_u]Shay[/name_u] and [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] very much but adore [name_f]Daphne[/name_f].

[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is great, though I also understand why it can be polarizing. [name_u]Shay[/name_u] and [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] are nice, nothing objectionable, kind of chameleon names in that they don’t really stand out on their own but could fit a particular person really well. I’d like [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] more if [name_f]McKenna[/name_f] hadn’t been so popular recently.

[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is such a cute name! [name_f]Dee[/name_f] could be an option for a nickname as well

Congrats! I think [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is the prettiest. [name_u]Shay[/name_u] is cute, but not very substantial. Not a fan of [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] personally. So [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] gets my vote!

I love [name_u]Shay[/name_u] (I prefer the spelling [name_u]Shea[/name_u]) and really like [name_f]Daphne[/name_f]. I think [name_u]Shay[/name_u] is under appreciated, it is simple, strong and strikingly beautiful name in a non frilly way. I really like them both but I would personally pick [name_u]Shay[/name_u] because it feels more unique & special to me. [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is spunky & pretty and also a good, more expected and well known choice. I honestly do not like [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] at all.

I dislike [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] and [name_u]Shay[/name_u] but [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is fine.

Thanks so much everyone!

I love [name_u]Shay[/name_u], although I think I’d spell it [name_u]Shae[/name_u] myself…it’s gorgeous.

[name_u]Shay[/name_u] – I love the name [name_u]Shay[/name_u]! It’s sweet and spunky, unusual but not unheard of. I would love to meet a little [name_u]Shay[/name_u]!

[name_f]Kenna[/name_f] – I think [name_f]Kenna[/name_f]'s cute too!

[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] – I have to admit, I’ve never been a fan of [name_f]Daphne[/name_f]. It’s a personal opinion, so if you love it, go for it.

I think [name_u]Shay[/name_u] is my top pick, then [name_f]Kenna[/name_f].

[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is very beautiful and elegant! [name_u]Shay[/name_u] and [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] aren’t so much my style, they remind me of anglicized diminutives of Irish/Scottish last names and stuff. Not sure if I’m accurate though.

I love [name_f]Daphne[/name_f]!! So long as no one dares to call her ‘daffy’.

[name_u]Shay[/name_u] and [name_f]Kenna[/name_f] are not my style.
