I would go with A as that one has the most names for boys and girls on my list. I also love M names for girls and E names for boys but they’re really similar, for A I have [name_f]Alice[/name_f], [name_f]Ada[/name_f], [name_f]Augusta[/name_f], [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], August,…
Oo tough…my favorite letters in my lists are R, C, J & O
Though I’ll eliminate C because I like way more boys than girl names with this letter. I’ll also eliminate J because a lot of the J names I like have a similar sound.
So that leaves R & O. I equally love both letters for boys and girls
Honestly I’d probably have way more options if I chose R (especially if the mn’s have to be the same letter!!) so I’ll go with that. Though I do like both options!
I have to be honest, I wasn’t even thinking about middle names when I came up with the rules that makes it so much harder!
I was thinking O, because then I could have [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], and then if there are boys or girls after that there’s Otilia, [name_m]Otis[/name_m], or [name_m]Orlando[/name_m]. But O middle names are tricky! Maybe [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] [name_m]Orlando[/name_m] and Otilia [name_f]Odette[/name_f]? But I’m not really an [name_f]Odette[/name_f] fan, per se? (for other people yes, never thought of using it myself until this moment) For celeb babies I’d probably go with [name_u]October[/name_u] and [name_m]Orchard[/name_m]. And now I’m thinking maybe my girl’s name would be Otilia [name_u]October[/name_u]. Could be cute…
There’s also E, [name_f]Elena[/name_f], [name_m]Edgar[/name_m]. [name_u]Or[/name_u] A, [name_f]Alma[/name_f] and [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]. [name_u]Or[/name_u] M so I can have [name_f]Maya[/name_f], and there’s so many M names it would be easy to come up with first and middles for multiple kids. Hmmm.
Argh, this is so hard! I’d want to use the letter R so I could have [name_u]Robin[/name_u] as a middle name for a boy, but there’s literally not a single R name for girls on my list. I love a lot of C, E and M names for girls, but I think I’ll go with A.
This is hard! [name_f]My[/name_f] first thoughts were C, S, R, and E. I don’t actually have that many S names… I’ve just been liking [name_m]Silvester[/name_m] a lot lately. I have a fair amount of E names, almost entirely for boys. I have more C names than R names, so we’ll go with that.
I would probably go with A, just because I have so many A names I love, including my daughter’s name (Amelie). I’d happily use any of the following, either in the first or middle spot, in this hypothetical:
Astrid
Alba
Aveline
Aya
Antigone
Alice
Araminta
Anaïs
Adeline
Ada
Amparo
Arwen
Asha
Aurora
Allegra
Anouk
Amarine
Adele
Audrey
Apolline
Arden
Aurelia
Atticus
Arlo
Ambrose
Atlas
Aurelien
Angus
Alastair
Axel
Apollo
Archer
Asher
I actually have fewer A boy names so perhaps it’s not the right choice. Other possibilities would be M, R (especially for boys), or F.
I’d love to use the letter I and use the names [name_f]Isla[/name_f] & [name_u]Ira[/name_u] but they sound way too similar so I think I’d go with something like J or B and use the names [name_u]Jasper[/name_u] & [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] or [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] & [name_u]Beau[/name_u]
