If you could pick your own name, any name you want, even if it doesn’t go with your surname, what would you pick?
I’d pick [name_f]Vaila[/name_f] or [name_f]Oona[/name_f], personally

I was just thinking about this! I’d definitely be a [name_f]Hailey[/name_f]. ([name_f]Oona[/name_f] would be lovely for you.)
Anna [name_f]Do[/name_f] I think it’s the prettiest name in the world? No (although it is pretty). But it just suits me
I used to think it was [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] but that got really popular.
I dont know. I like so many names and I learned to love my own given name even though it is kind of common and that bothered me.
I jokingly use an actress’ name that has my same last name.
But I am not sure I feel like any other name than my given name.
my mam always says if she would have known what an old soul I am she would have named me McCartney [name_f]Paulette[/name_f], [name_u]Lennon[/name_u] [name_f]Josephina[/name_f], [name_f]Starr[/name_f] [name_f]Susanna[/name_f] or [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] [name_u]Harmony[/name_u]. I think I would have chosen McCartney [name_f]Paulette[/name_f] personally and nn could have been Carty
This is such a difficult choice, but I think I would go with [name_f]Elise[/name_f]!
Laurence
I don’t now honestly, I think my name now suits me really well, but I think [name_u]Antonia[/name_u], Noir (maybe nn [name_u]Noe[/name_u] ), [name_u]Night[/name_u] (what I go by on here already) or Xebel would suit me pretty well too. Might change some names later on this changes all the time
I never in a million years thought I’d say this, but I’m happy with my name! I hated it my whole life, until recently. I thought it was the most boring and tacky name on earth, and while it’s definitely not everyone’s taste, I’ve grown to love it, because it’s part of me.
Anyway, if I had to pick a new name… I think I’d go with Karsia, [name_f]Olga[/name_f], [name_f]Valley[/name_f], or Róisin.
Matilda or [name_f]Isobel[/name_f].
I did this and now I’m [name_m]Jack[/name_m]. though I also strongly considered being a [name_u]Harper[/name_u] or a [name_u]Finn[/name_u].
Growing up it was always [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]. Funny enough my best friend named her daughter [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] a few years ago. Now though that name wouldn’t suit me. [name_f]Ingrid[/name_f] would probably be my name.
I would love to be named [name_f]Stella[/name_f]. I was supposed to be named after my great grandpa, [name_u]Sol[/name_u]. But my mom didn’t like an ‘S’ names. So, she justified MicheLLe honoring [name_u]Sol[/name_u]. But she should have thought of [name_f]Stella[/name_f], because it’s so lovely!
I’d like to be a [name_f]Nell[/name_f]
Anne or [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. I’d go by [name_f]Annie[/name_f].
If we’re talking any name I want, not considering usability or anything, I would pick something from Greek mythology like [name_f]Psyche[/name_f], [name_f]Antigone[/name_f], or [name_f]Ismene[/name_f]. And if I were allowed to go all out, I would be an [name_f]Iphigenia[/name_f]!
Honestly, I’d love to be a [name_f]Petra[/name_f]. It’s ancient, it’s unique, but it’s also simple and feminine. It feels very strong, and I’d like a strong name. I think [name_f]Petra[/name_f] would suit me pretty well.
When I converted to Judaism someone special to me gave me the Hebrew name [name_f]Rivka[/name_f]. Thinking about it in [name_f]English[/name_f] [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] really suits me. Very down to earth, girl next door kind of vibe.
I’d love to be [name_u]Jo[/name_u]! (that’s why it’s my name here)
but [name_u]Jo[/name_u] set aside, probably [name_f]Orla[/name_f]!
Zoey! Its a bit like my nickname in sound but is a stand alone name. I like the Z and that its a well known name too.
