Wow, I’ve never had anyone consider tattooing one of my anagrammed name creations before! I’m honored! If you’d like something other than an Elvish name for the purpose, let me know which anagram theme is your preference.
I know that there are people who do Tolkien tattoos in the beautiful Elvish script (Tengwar) that Tolkien created, as well. But I think you’ll have to hunt around for a tattoo artist in your area who does those tattoos and who could spell your Elvish name in the Elvish script for you.
