My vote went to [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] as if it aging well is your only hesitation, I don’t think you need to worry too much about that as I think it would age well and I can definitely see an adult [name_u]Indigo[/name_u]. All of the names here are nice though, and would age well so maybe it’ll come down to which style you prefer?

Also, just an idea…[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] could go by “[name_f]Lola[/name_f]”, allowing you to use two of your favourites.

My favourites are [name_u]Oakley[/name_u], [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] and [name_f]Harlow[/name_f].

[name_f]Lola[/name_f] is fantastic, it’s my favorite of these. [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] is so cute and would be great on an adult too. [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is also cute. [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] is adorable, but just more out there than the previous three. I like the nickname [name_f]Indie[/name_f].

Not a fan of [name_f]Harlow[/name_f], and least of all [name_u]Oakley[/name_u]. But that’s just my opinion.
If you love those names, go for them

Thank you all for your help. Xx

I voted for [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]. It’s a beautiful ancient name with a great namesake ([name_m]Odysseus[/name_m]’ wife is a beacon of marital fidelity), and its popularity means everyone will be able to pronounce it.

I share your concern about [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] not aging well, and also think that [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lola[/name_f] run the same risk. [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] sounds a bit too trendy to me, by virtue of its -ley ending, so it might seem dated in the near future. I also think [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] would be easily pinned to the 2010s, so its trendiness might be something to watch, too.

[name_f]Harlow[/name_f] gets my vote, with [name_u]Oakley[/name_u] close second

[name_f]Indie[/name_f] would make such a sweet nickname for [name_f]Indie[/name_f]. And don’t forget, she will grow up around lots of other names that right now sound strange on an adult, but when the time comes will be relatively normal.

Of your choices I like [name_f]Lola[/name_f] and [name_u]Indigo[/name_u]. I don’t know any adults named [name_u]Indigo[/name_u], but I do have a friend named [name_f]India[/name_f] who is a grown woman and goes by [name_f]Indi[/name_f], so it’s not really a stretch for me to imagine it!
