[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] is beautiful, but it’s a GP for me. I find it a bit much as FN and I worry it will become nn “[name_u]Corey[/name_u]” or “[name_f]Delia[/name_f]” which are NMS. I think it makes a great MN!
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] it! It reminds me of [name_f]Anne[/name_f] of [name_u]Green[/name_u] Gables.
I am also not a fan of the nickname [name_u]Corey[/name_u]. If there has to be a nickname I would hope for [name_f]Cora[/name_f].
I love [name_f]Cora[/name_f] and [name_f]Delia[/name_f] but for some unknown reason [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] has always been too much for me.
It’s the same way with [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], which always ends up being repeated with the french pronounciation.
I do love the tie to [name_f]Anne[/name_f] of [name_u]Green[/name_u] Gables and see no reason not to use this name if it’s your style but it’s too princessy for me.
I love [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]. It just sounds, looks and feels very bright, spunky and happy to me.

The name sounds long to me, but could work with a very short (monosyllable) middle name. I would also go with [name_f]Cora[/name_f] as the nickname. Your girl probably wouldn’t end up going by the whole version of ‘[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]’ except for paperwork and the like.
I love the name [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f], though it does give me an ‘arsenic and lace’ impression…but it’s a cool name!
Whimsical and fun. I’m a huge fan of [name_f]Anne[/name_f] of [name_u]Green[/name_u] Gables, so I have positive thoughts.
