I found it very interesting that when I posted my name combos on here, I got primarily favourable opinions. Yet, when I set up my namelist in my signature, I got primarily thumbs down.
I figure this is due to the pretty diplomatic ways of this forum, so I’m giving you all a free pass to be mean, and 100% uncensored with my name ideas for future children.
I will make one for the girls in the girls forum as well.
So here are the ones that are on my list at the moment, I’m in the process of revamping.:
Nathaniel Cole - Love Nathaniel but not Cole but this combo flows well
Nathaniel Kol - Stick with Cole
Nathaniel Alaric - Too many syllables for me.
Nathaniel Rio - I find this combo heavy on the repetitive “ee” sound". Why not go with Nathaniel River?
Liam Alexander - Love Alexander but lukewarm to Liam. However, this combo is quite nice.
Eli Henry - Love Eli and like Henry. Two thumbs up!
Elliot Henry - I’m not a fan of Elliot (but I’m in the minority here on Nameberry). Other than personal taste, I can’t see any problem with this combo.
Elijah Henry - Ok but I prefer Eli Henry.
Nicholas Andrew - Two fine classic names - just a little bland.
When I saw your post, I expected far worse! I’m pleasantly surprised so I couldn’t be nasty! I just don’t like the Kol spelling, the mn Alaric with Nathaniel and the Nathaniel Rio combo. All in all, it’s quite a good list!

I was wondering the same thing! As for your names, I don’t understand why your names would get more thumbs down than thumbs up since you primarily have classic names with middle names that are a little more unusual. [name]Just[/name] a matter of taste I guess…

Kol is the same as [name]Cole[/name], it’s just an older more original spelling. I feel that it gives [name]Nathaniel[/name] [name]Cole[/name] more “specialness” as Kol.

I did consider [name]Nicholas[/name] [name]Drew[/name] actually! It was on the list, but got a lot of thumbs down, which caused be to rethink it and I felt [name]Drew[/name] was incomplete with [name]Nicholas[/name].

You obviously like top 100 names. These are really not my style, so I tried not to comment to much. If I had to pick one, it would be [name]Nathaniel[/name] [name]Cole[/name].

[name]Elijah[/name]: really like the name (though I’ve been questioning whether I’d use it); [name]Henry[/name] is cute too, but I think [name]Henry[/name] [name]Elijah[/name] flows better

No nastiness here! I love all of the first names on your list. I’m not a fan of Kol, or [name]Alaric[/name], but I love the rest of the middle names. [name]Liam[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] is my #1 favorite name for a boy! The exact same combo was on my list for years, but now I can’t use it because I had two [name]Liam[/name]'s at the center I work in and can only seem to associate the name with them. I still love it though, and it’s the best one on your list.

*Kol is spelled correctly. It’s the “original” version as old as the Vikings to be exact. A lot of people aren’t aware of it, though.
Actually, a fair amount of names I like aren’t in the top 100, or even 1000. But these are just the boys names in my voting list. I haven’t updated it in a while, and am in the process of doing so.
All your names sound nice! I like [name]Nathaniel[/name] best. [name]Liam[/name] is good, but a bit too popular for me. The others are all nice names, just not ones I would personally use, know what I mean? I was also going to mention the [name]Nat[/name] [name]King[/name] [name]Cole[/name] reference.
