I’ll translate your names into Klingon. I cannot provide 100% accuracy, but I will try. I’ll give you both the name translated by meaning and how the name itself would be spelled/pronounced in Klingon.

Valborg comes from the Germanic wald “power, leader, ruler” and burg fortress. We’ll take the above mentioned DevwI’ and veng (city).
