[name]Hi[/name] everyone! We just found out we’re having our first baby girl. I would love to hear your thoughts on the name [name]Eden[/name] [name]Capri[/name]. Thanks
[name]Love[/name] the nn [name]Edie[/name] but not a big fan of [name]Eden[/name]. I this [name]Edelle[/name] [name]Capri[/name] is prettier and more feminine =) Congratulations on your first baby girls!
woops! think* not this
I like [name]Eden[/name]. Not sure about [name]Capri[/name] though. I’d choose smth softer for the MN.
Whenever I hear [name]Capri[/name] I think of the island so I have a hard time picturing it on a person, [name]Eden[/name] [name]Capri[/name] sounds like a singles resort island for some reason or a stage name. Separately the names are nms but arent bad although there’s something pornstar-ish about [name]Eden[/name] to me and I have no idea why, I doubt that many people feel that way though.
I don’t really like [name]Eden[/name] but I do love the nickname [name]Edie[/name], short for [name]Edith[/name] or PP’s suggestion [name]Edelle[/name] (never would have thought of that one but I love it). I also don’t like [name]Capri[/name] as it reminds me of the kids drink [name]Capri[/name] [name]Sun[/name], and I agree that something “softer” would sound better with [name]Eden[/name] or [name]Edie[/name].
[name]Eden[/name] is beautiful! [name]Capri[/name] isnt my favorite but I think its great to have different middle names. If it means something to you then use it
Two place names together probably isn’t a good idea. [name]Eden[/name] and [name]Capri[/name] are not bad names, I just don’t think you should use them together.
I love [name]Eden[/name], and [name]Edie[/name] is a cute nn, if you wanted to go that route. I knew an adorable girl in hs named [name]Eden[/name]. I don’t care for [name]Capri[/name]; it makes me think of a cigarette brand; is there one called [name]Capri[/name]? I’m not sure why I’m thinking that…but I agree with @malindarose, if it means something to you, use it; mns are a great place to do what you want and disregard other people’s opinions!
I adore [name]Eden[/name], and I think the nn [name]Edie[/name] is so sweet. I’m not a huge fan of [name]Capri[/name], though–together, the combo feels very modern, almost completely unisex, and way too place namey (since there is an Italian island called [name]Capri[/name], and [name]Eden[/name] as in the Garden of [name]Eden[/name]…). It sounds cute but I think something like [name]Eden[/name] [name]Camille[/name] or [name]Eden[/name] [name]Caroline[/name] would work better, personally. I think [name]Eden[/name] and [name]Capri[/name] would be perfect for sisters, though…
[name]Eden[/name] is great, don’t care for [name]Capri[/name], for reasons others have cited above. If [name]Capri[/name] is more important to you I’d go with [name]Edith[/name] [name]Capri[/name] or [name]Edina[/name] [name]Capri[/name], same nn [name]Edie[/name] as [name]Eden[/name]. If [name]Eden[/name] is more important, plenty of similar names would work better in the middle than [name]Capri[/name].
I like [name]Eden[/name] a lot but not [name]Capri[/name]. I like [name]Ash[/name]'s suggestions for [name]Eden[/name] [name]Camille[/name] or [name]Eden[/name] [name]Caroline[/name] instead.
[name]Love[/name] [name]Eden[/name]! I am not a big fan or [name]Capri[/name] but especially dislike it paired with [name]Eden[/name]. [name]Eden[/name] [name]Caroline[/name], [name]Eden[/name] [name]Coraline[/name] or [name]Eden[/name] [name]Cate[/name] would be adorable.
