Is there a name that stands out amongst the rest?
I don’t think you’ll be too shocked that I’d say [name_u]Bliss[/name_u] [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] feels like a standout of the group. Since [name_u]Adda[/name_u] and [name_m]Macsen[/name_m] both have Biblical word names as middles, [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]Bliss[/name_u] seems the more predictable, cohesive combo for this set of names.
I do, however, think [name_u]Bliss[/name_u] [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] is gorgeous! Another name like [name_u]Blythe[/name_u] or [name_f]Bonny[/name_f] would, I think, feel a little more name-y, and go with the others, but [name_u]Bliss[/name_u] is very pretty and whimsical, grounded in a holiness like the names [name_f]Heaven[/name_f] and [name_u]Brave[/name_u] of her hypothetical siblings.
How do you envision these little ones?
I think your description is spot on. They’re a messy, colorful, mud-between-toes bunch. I imagine they’d leave watermelon rinds on the lawn and grass-stain their [name_f]Easter[/name_f] clothes—and have fun doing so. Those are my kinds of names, and my kinds of kids!
They feel like:

What would you name another brother and sister?
I’d lean into the uniqueness of [name_u]Bliss[/name_u] as a name for another sister. Today, I think I’d choose from these combinations for siblings:
[name_u]Vision[/name_u] [name_f]Marianne[/name_f]
[name_u]Vision[/name_u] [name_f]Annella[/name_f]
[name_f]Glory[/name_f] [name_f]Annella[/name_f]
Benevolence [name_f]Hosanna[/name_f]
[name_f]Mercy[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f]
and
[name_m]Gideon[/name_m] [name_u]Worthy[/name_u]
[name_u]Merit[/name_u] [name_u]Cross[/name_u]
[name_u]Gale[/name_u] [name_u]Prayer[/name_u]
[name_u]Truth[/name_u] [name_u]Owen[/name_u]
[name_m]Benedict[/name_m] [name_m]Lemuel[/name_m]
Are there any bad associations you think of in any of these names?
Only because I recently read and re-watched Pride & Prejudice, the name [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] makes me think of [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] Bingley (no thank you)! But I love that name, and I had a friend in high school who I adored who wore the name then too… so no, not real overwhelmingly bad associations with any!
And finally, your thoughts!
[name_u]Adda[/name_u], [name_m]Macsen[/name_m], [name_f]Calla[/name_f], [name_u]Bliss[/name_u], and [name_u]Milo[/name_u] are a mismatched and creative set of siblings. Their names feel full of love and specialness—especially because they are mismatched, which makes me think these are names you really love. Cohesion is so much less important than loving each name wholeheartedly, I think. None of these names clash badly, are too similar, etc… It’s a lovely, lively set, [name_f]Miley[/name_f].
