Back in 2022 @EleanorVintage[name_f][/name_f] did a series of threads asking what everyone’s favourite names for each letter was. I thought it would be interesting to see how Nameberry’s tastes have changed over the past three years. Once we get to Y&Z I’ll put together the popularity rankings. So if you had to pick only one favourite per letter, per gender what would you pick?

Todays 2 Letters: A & B [name_f][/name_f]Bonus Question: [name_m]Nature[/name_m] Name
[name_f][/name_f]
in 2022 the most popular A names were [name_m]August[/name_m][name_f][/name_f] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f][name_f][/name_f] and the most popular B names were [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m][name_f][/name_f] and [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]
[name_f]Adele[/name_f] & [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] (I think, I don’t really love any B names for girls) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Aquila[/name_f] & [name_m]Boaz[/name_m]
[name_f]Athena[/name_f] & [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] (I’m not great with B girl names ) [name_f][/name_f][name_m]Alden[/name_m] (went back and forth between this and August) & [name_m]Bellamy[/name_m]

Bonus: [name_m]Kit[/name_m] (chose one I love for any gender!)
I’ve done a total turnaround on Birdie. About 2 years ago I thought it was silly! Seeing it on a real child – Life with Beans on YouTube’s daughter – did wonders for how much I appreciate it.
Until about a month ago, I might have said Aurelian, but then I discovered I wasn’t PN it in an authentic way – devastating! I’ve used the name Beck, so feel I should I get to give another B name There’s no logic here really It would be Breccan if I wouldn’t feel guilty not voting for my child’s name
A names: [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_f][/name_f]B names: [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] and [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_m]Nature[/name_m] name: [name_m]Rowan[/name_m]
