vs.

[name]Roxana[/name]

I like them both equally. I prefer [name]Roxanne[/name] over [name]Roxanna[/name] though.
[name]Zoe[/name] is a bit short for my liking. Like 3/4 syllable girls names usually.

[name]Both[/name] are wonderful names but I find that [name]Roxana[/name] is more Persian than [name]Zoe[/name] (this name is Greek to me even though there was a Byzantine [name]Empress[/name] named [name]Zoe[/name] who was born in Constantinople or Istanbul). [name]Roxana[/name] is also more uncommon than [name]Zoe[/name]. It really depends on what image best suits your taste. [name]Roxana[/name] is more frilly, feminine with an exotic flair whereas [name]Zoe[/name] is more playful and spunky. I prefer [name]Roxana[/name] but just by a hair! :slight_smile:
