1920s names

Hello all! I’m back! (ok ive only been gone like 3 days but drama is key) At the moment I’m trying to name some characters for a book set in 1920s [name_u]London[/name_u] (though [name_u]America[/name_u] is on the cards also) and for my MC I’m currently liking [name_f]Isolde[/name_f] nn [name_u]Issy[/name_u]/Izzy but I have no idea if that’s historically accurate at all, so at the moment I’m here to collect some names. Please say your favourite 1920s names, or names that really bring to mind that period for you. Thanks!!!

I would first like to mention that I love [name_f]Isolde[/name_f] “[name_u]Issy[/name_u]”/“[name_u]Izzy[/name_u]”! I have [name_f]Isolde[/name_f] set aside for a story idea that I’ll accomplish one day, and I never would’ve thought to call her [name_u]Issy[/name_u] or [name_u]Izzy[/name_u], so that’s really smart.
