I’m in love with ‘[name_m]Bear[/name_m]’ (what my family calls me and a more modern to incorporate my “name” into my child’s name without using my harsh sounding [name_m]German[/name_m] surname + I don’t love my parents or grandparents names).
I’d like to use it as a middle and give him something a little less “cute” as a first (names we like below - please let me know what combination you love or if you would suggest something different):

I really like [name_u]Everett[/name_u] [name_m]Bear[/name_m] and [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] [name_m]Bear[/name_m]. I think that 3 one-syllable names will sound off, so I’d choose a longer first name.

All the names on your list are great although those with more than one syllable work best with [name_m]Bear[/name_m]. You don’t mention how many syllables are in your surname but he will be only known by his first and last name so that flow is most important as in day to day life, we don’t know each other’s middle name (if you should decide that a one syllable name is your favourite). Thinking of first name only, my favourites are [name_m]Nash[/name_m] and [name_u]Everett[/name_u], followed by [name_m]Hearst[/name_m] and [name_u]Mercer[/name_u].
