Year 2: The [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] take a vacation with the extended family to their beach property in [name_u]North[/name_u] [name_f]Carolina[/name_f]. They spend the month with aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many get to meet [name_u]Everett[/name_u] for the first time. [name_u]Everett[/name_u] enjoys his first beach trip, though he never quite got used to the sand.
Year 3: [name_f]Juno[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] do not actively try to get pregnant this year, but they still welcome twin daughters: [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] & [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] [name_f]Maisie[/name_f].
Year 4: The [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] family adopts a stray calico kitten. They name her [name_f]Zelda[/name_f].

Year 7: A close friend of the family has a baby and doesn’t feel ready to raise it. [name_f]Juno[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] decide to adopt the baby girl. They name her [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] in honor of the mother.
Year 8: Once again [name_f]Juno[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] become unexpectedly pregnant. They have another boy and name him [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Milo[/name_m].
Year 9: The [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] family moves to a bigger house. They move to some farmland in [name_f]Wyoming[/name_f] where they operate a ranch. They buy three new horses, one for each of the children old enough to ride: A male Appaloosa named [name_m]Cosmo[/name_m] for [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] and two female American Quarter Horses, a chestnut horse named [name_f]Honey[/name_f] for [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] and a black horse named [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] for [name_u]Everett[/name_u].
Year 10: [name_f]Juno[/name_f] remodels the kids’ rooms. [name_u]Everett[/name_u] has his own room designed in a safari theme. [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] painted animals on all of the walls and the bed is designed to look like a safari Jeep. [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] and [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] share a room. One wall is painted spring green (for [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]), one wall is painted lilac (for [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]), one wall is antique white, and the last wall is completely covered by a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf. [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] share a room decorated in a sailing theme. The walls are painted with the ocean and horizon, it has blue carpet, and the beds are designed to be ships. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]’s room is decorated in a 100 Acre [name_m]Wood[/name_m] theme, complete with stuffed animals and a tree house bed.
Year 11: [name_f]Juno[/name_f] sends [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] and [name_u]Everett[/name_u] to water the horses while she unloads hay from the tractor. [name_u]Everett[/name_u] convinces [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] to get on [name_m]Cosmo[/name_m], but [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] is too small. He falls trying to mount the horse and he breaks his arm. [name_u]Everett[/name_u] feels guilty and becomes [name_m]Tobias[/name_m]’ special helper while he has a cast.
Year 12: [name_f]Juno[/name_f] becomes pregnant with a little girl. They name her [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f].
Year 13: The [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] family welcomes twin boys: [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] [name_m]Oskar[/name_m] & [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m].
Year 14: The six oldest [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] children join a local production of The [name_m]Lion[/name_m] [name_m]King[/name_m]. [name_u]Everett[/name_u] earns the role of young [name_m]Simba[/name_m]. [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] plays a young lion in [name_m]Simba[/name_m]’s pride, [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] is a hyena, [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are both zebras, and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] is a gazelle.
Year 15: The children start a band they call “The Farm Hands.” [name_u]Everett[/name_u] plays keyboard, [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] plays bass, [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] plays lead guitar, [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] plays flute, [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] plays trumpet, [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] plays fiddle, and little [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] plays tambourine.
Year 16: [name_f]Juno[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] decide it’s time to adopt again. They send the children on a vacation with [name_f]Juno[/name_f]’s parents and sister to Disney World while they go to [name_f]China[/name_f] to pick up their new baby daughter. Year 17: [name_f]Juno[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] want to try for one last planned pregnancy. [name_f]Juno[/name_f] has a baby boy who they name [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Aldous[/name_m].
Year 18: The [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] family adopts another dog: a female [name_m]Pembroke[/name_m] Welsh Corgi they name [name_f]Fia[/name_f].
Year 19: Time to redo the kids’ rooms. [name_u]Everett[/name_u] moves to the basement where there’s a small apartment, complete with kitchen. [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] takes [name_u]Everett[/name_u]’s old room and redecorates it with floral wallpaper and white linens and furniture. [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] keeps her room mostly the same, she just updates the furniture and adds some of her photos she’s taken. [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] still share their room, only now it’s mostly sports oriented. The carpet has been replaced with hardwood floors, and the walls have been painted steely gray. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] share a bedroom, and it’s decorated with a horse theme. [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] share a room decorated in a railroad theme, [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] takes over [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]’s old room, and [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] stays with [name_f]Juno[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] most nights and [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] other nights.

Year 6: We wanted the kids to be able to travel the world, so we go to Australia! The twins loved going to the beach and on a tour of the outback seeing the “Roo’s” as they called them. [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is still a little to young to enjoy it, but she did very well being taken all over the place!

Year 7: We take another world trip, to china! We visit an orphanage while there, and find a perfect little girl, and decide to adopt her! She is 2 months old and is named [name_f]Bae[/name_f], so we change her first name to [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]!

Year 8: Our small 2 bedroom house was getting too small, so we bought a huge house in a neighborhood right off of the down town area of our city. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Year 9: [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] starts soccer. She LOVES it and has so much passion for the sport, not to mention that she is pretty good at it!

Year 11: Woah! [name_u]Sage[/name_u] won the lottery! We give 65% to charity and split the other 35% into college funds for the 5 kids!

Year 12: [name_u]Sage[/name_u] and I open a small corner store in our town. It soon becomes known as a cute little mom and pop store and we get a lot of business!

Year 13: We tried IVF, and were not expecting to become pregnant, but I am unexpectedly pregnant with quads! Two of each gender. Year 16: We wanted to adopt again, and after we are matched with a 2 month old boy in [name_f]Africa[/name_f], we make it into a family vacation! We come home with our little boy, [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] [name_u]Omari[/name_u]!

Year 17: We decied to adopt a puppy! It is a Husky that we name [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]!

2030: The family take a trip to Disneyland! Everyone has a blast.

2032: [name_f]Cora[/name_f]'s mum gifts her a lottery ticket and she wins! She uses the money to put towards the kids collage fund and invests the rest and lives off the interest.

  5. They won the lottery! With this money The Gustafson’s decided to put some of it towards college for the young kids and they also bought a new car! They though that maybe 2 kids was enough but they can now afford to have way more.

They both have thick, brown hair at birth. They are definitely our last kids and they are quite a handful- both full of sass and snarky comments. 13 year old [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is such a big help with these new little girls. The 10 year old boys would much rather go play basketball, but they love it when ‘their girls’ come to cheer them on! [name_f]Millie[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f], and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] are the tres amigos, always together and can’t wait to teach [name_f]Libby[/name_f] and [name_f]Viv[/name_f] how to play Barbies. When [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] is 17, the quints are 14, [name_f]Willa[/name_f] is 9, and the twins are 4, we get a little surprise- pregnant with twin girls again! Our little band of kids just keeps growing. They are both rather quiet (a miracle) and we didn’t realize we were missing them in our house until we had them. 2014:
Amburli Colette Springs, age 24, and Ian William Woodford, age 22, get married after dating for three years.

2015:
Ian’s youngest brother has had a best friend since diapers named Madeline Elizabeth Parker. At age 16, she falls pregnant and knows that she can’t keep the baby, but doesn’t want to give her away to a stranger. So, Ian and Amber take the baby for her and name her Adalie Jane Woodford.

2016:
Amburli goes back to college online while taking care of her infant. She studies Special Education for early childhood development. She already has two years of credits from her younger years.

2017:
Adalie loves Minnie mouse so much, that Ian and Amburli surprise her with a trip to Disneyworld! Although she’s too young to ever remember the experience, they decided to do it while they only had one child, since they may never get the chance financially again. Adalie cried with happiness when she got to hug Minnie! It was definately four days worth while.

2018:
Amburli fell pregnant unexpectedly after many trials beforehand. For their first pregnancy, they were blessed with twin girls! They named them Scarlet Fiona and Ruby Carolynn.

2019:
Ian decides to stay at home with the girls while attending online college for Veterinarian Assistance. He’s never had college in the past, and just got his GED recently. Amburli successfully completed her bachelors. She now works as a Special Education teacher at the local elementary school.

2020:
Not expecting it once again, the couple welcomes a baby boy into their lives! They name the handsome little guy Jasper Owen.

2021:
Just shy of three years old, Scarlet and Ruby are featured in a Gerber toddler food commercial! The duo are a huge hit, as their beautiful eyes and quirky dimple smiles caught the attention of the producers and audience alike.

2022:
After putting the commercial money aside in savings for each child, they invested the rest into a children’s resale shop. They named it “Youngins, Tikes, & Tots Resale Shop”. For their small country land in Virginia, their shop was a popular place to sell and buy used items for children of all ages!

2023:
Amburli decided to get a tattoo on her back of a custom design featuring her children’s names. She has been drawing it out since the twins were born, and finally perfected it.

2024:
Four year old Jasper decided to join Little League Baseball. His team is called the ‘Rascals’. Ian, Amburli, Adalie, Scarlet, and Ruby attend every single practice and game. It’s become a family sport, and Jasper loves it!

2025:
Once again, the unexpected occurs with the birth of another smiling little boy, which they name Dakota Richard.

2026:
Throughout the years, Adalie has kept in contact with her birth mother, but never stayed with her for more than a night, if that. Now, for her eleventh birthday, Adalie has requested to live with Madeline for the entire summer, until school starts again. Amburli and Ian are more than happy to allow her to enjoy the summer with Madeline, who is now 27 and in a steady career in marketing.

2027:
Amburli has added Dakota to her tattoo, and Ian has gotten one of his own as well on the same day, honoring the babies.

2028:
With all of the children outgrowing their smaller home, Amburli and Ian purchase a much bigger home. This one has six bedrooms and four bathrooms, but is definately an old farmhouse fixer-upper.

2029:
Nine year old Jasper decided to take up skateboarding while baseball is in it’s off-season. Unfortunately, one day at the skate park, he broke his arm in two places while attempting to catch his entire body weight. He was in mid air from the ramp when he lost his balance and fell. He didn’t even cry once.

2030:
With their first store doing so well, Ian and Amburli decided to open up a second store branch in a neighboring town. Once again, it’s a huge hit.

2031:
As more money came in from their new store, they planned to remodel the children’s rooms and bathrooms.

Adalie, now 16, gets the biggest room, other than the master bedroom. It’s freshly painted royal purple with lavender polka-dots. Her door is a pretty plum color, and her furniture is cherry wood. Her bathroom, which is all hers, is zebra print everything.

Scarlet, now 13, gets her own room. It’s lime green and hot pink designs, with a cute pale pink door. Her furniture is oak wood. Her bathroom is shared with Ruby, and they have an owl theme.
Ruby, now 13, gets her own room. It’s a pretty bright yellow with colorful flowers, and a pale yellow door. Her furniture is white wood.

Jasper, now 11, gets his own room. He chooses a dark blue skateboard theme, with a light blue door. His furniture is black wood. His bathroom is shared with Dakota, and they have an animal theme.
Dakota, now 6, get his own room. He has a green and brown jungle theme bedroom with a dark green door. His furniture is dark brown wood.

2032:
Enjoying the nearby rivers have become much more fun in the summertime when the couple buys a new big speedboat that seats the whole family.

2033:
Adalie graduates high school and gets accepted into a local art college and takes up a future with painting and drawing, which she’s always loved to do.

2034:
The family goes on a vacation to Universal Studios together. Everyone has an absolute blast! It was nice getting the whole family out for a summer while Adalie was home to enjoy it as well.

Year Sixteen: With our growing family, we decide to move to a larger house. We buy and refurbish an old farmhouse that sits on 20 acres. With 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4,000+ square feet, we have plenty of room for our clan.
Year Seventeen: We open a small game and book store. It seems to be a hit.
Year Eighteen: I get a small, hummingbird tattoo on my ankle. The bird represents both my hurried life as a wife and mother of seven as well as my independence, beauty and love of life.
Year Nineteen: We win the lottery! We use the money to pay off all our bills and we invest the rest for the kids college and a romantic vacation for two, when we get the time!
Year Twenty: Good thing we won the lottery - boy were we surprised to welcome quads, and at this age! 2012: I returned to my alma mater, [name_u]Howard[/name_u] University, to get a PhD in Social Work.
2013: We took a family trip to Australia. It was really fun, although no one enjoyed the spiders.
