I think with the short name [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] for big brother you should go with [name_m]Knox[/name_m] as the FN.
Good luck!

I love [name_m]Knox[/name_m] with [name_u]Rhys[/name_u], and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] as a middle is Great!
[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Knox[/name_m] [name_u]Lee[/name_u]. I think the flow is off with [name_m]Knox[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_u]Lee[/name_u] and the sound isn’t as pleasing. Plus I find that 2 monosyllabic sibling names is a little close for my taste. [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] are great together.
Agree with this.
I prefer [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Knox[/name_m], but you might wish to abbreviate to [name_m]Bastian[/name_m] (as a nn) w/[name_u]Rhys[/name_u].
Definitely [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Knox[/name_m] [name_u]Lee[/name_u]. I love the name [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m]

Sorry the name “[name_m]Knox[/name_m]” reminds me of “knocks” and “obnoxious”
[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Knox[/name_m] [name_u]Lee[/name_u]
[name_m]Knox[/name_m] and [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] for sure. [name_m]Knox[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] is lovely. Really, can’t go wrong whichever way it ends up.
I like [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Knox[/name_m] a lot better than [name_m]Knox[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m]. It seems to flow a lot better. The variation in the syllable count with [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] go very well together, also. Great names!
[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Knox[/name_m] [name_u]Lee[/name_u]!!!
