3rd Girl Name

We find out on [name]Monday[/name] morning if we are having a girl or a boy. If we have a boy, his name will be [name]Logan[/name] [name]James[/name]. But for a third girl, my husband and I cannot agree on anything. Our oldest daughter is [name]Lucy[/name] [name]Kay[/name], and our youngest is [name]Stella[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. We are looking for a name that fits both girls’ names.

Names I like:
[name]Charlotte[/name] (but I don’t like [name]Char[/name] for a nn and I think it is too popular)
[name]Colette[/name]
[name]Elise[/name]
[name]Adele[/name]
[name]Adalyn[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Eleanor[/name]
[name]Opal[/name]

I feel like if we do have a third girl, she should have at least one L in her name like her sisters. Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

[name]Opal[/name] [name]Mae[/name] or [name]Opal[/name] [name]Maeve[/name] gets my vote.

I like [name]Elise[/name] the best–it fits the best with your daughters.

[name]Elise[/name] [name]Amelia[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] [name]Fayette[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] [name]Diana[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] [name]Virginia[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] [name]Annabel[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] [name]Verity[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] [name]Patience[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] [name]Honor[/name]

I hope this helps!

I love [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Stella[/name]!

[name]Charlotte[/name]: It’s lovely, and fits perfectly with [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Stella[/name]
[name]Colette[/name]: I’ve never really liked this name…
[name]Elise[/name]: Pretty… I prefer it as a nickname for [name]Elisabeth[/name].
[name]Adele[/name]: It’s gorgeous!
[name]Adalyn[/name]: This is tryndee… what about [name]Adeline[/name]?
[name]Giselle[/name]: Pretty, but I’m not sure about the repeating elle sound in [name]Stella[/name]
[name]Eleanor[/name]: This is so perfect with the sibset!
[name]Opal[/name]: It’s an okay name, but not really my style.

My favorites are [name]Charlotte[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name]! I’ve starred the suggestions I think fit best with [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Stella[/name].

[name]Juliet[/name]*

Thank you to all 3 of you who have replied. My husband told me today he liked [name]Alexandria[/name] (which I find to be a mouthful) and we’ll call her [name]Ally[/name]. However, I like giving names that don’t have an automatic nickname that other people resort to. He said we have such different taste in names, that it is hard to agree on one. Our girls have a second cousin named [name]Elsie[/name], so we think [name]Elise[/name] is to close. So we aren’t sure. I tried [name]Juliet[/name] earlier, and he vetoed it. [name]Lucy[/name] my oldest likes the names [name]Adele[/name], [name]Adalyn[/name] and [name]Adelaide[/name] best (and she’s 3!). [name]Alice[/name] is a maybe. He said we’ll talk more about it after we find out if it’s a girl or a [name]Logan[/name] [name]James[/name].

Names I like:
[name]Charlotte[/name] (but I don’t like [name]Char[/name] for a nn and I think it is too popular)
[name]Colette[/name]
[name]Elise[/name] - seems a bit dated.
[name]Adele[/name]
[name]Adalyn[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Eleanor[/name] - sounds tame next to [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Stella[/name].
[name]Opal[/name] - love, so pretty! And shiny like star and moon (see below).

[name]Lucy[/name] (light), [name]Stella[/name] (star), and

[name]Celeste[/name] (heavenly) - love!
[name]Tallulah[/name] (leaping waters)

Thank you. My husband doesn’t like [name]Tallulah[/name] (I do), and [name]Celeste[/name] is halfway on our list. I don’t love it. We have always known afte our appointments what our baby’s name is going to be. But if it’s a girl this time, we might not have her name picked until we meet her!

What about [name]Claire[/name] or [name]Eleanor[/name] nn. [name]Ellie[/name]?
[name]Claire[/name] or [name]Clare[/name] is French and means [name]Bright[/name]
[name]Eleanor[/name] is French meaning [name]Bright[/name] or [name]Shiny[/name] one.
Good luck! Btw I love the name [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Stella[/name]!

I like [name]Elisa[/name] a lot. Sounds very classy, fits in with [name]Stella[/name]. [name]Elisa[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] I like a lot.
