[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite: [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I like the vibe and meaning. I’d actually use this name.
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]My[/name_f] least favorite: [name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- it feels very dated to me, it has kind of (to me) a boring, plain sound, and I didn’t like the [name_f]Megan[/name_f] I knew in school.

Grew up with all of these names [name_f][/name_f]- dated indeed but still pretty and would be fun to meet some babies with some of these

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Rachel[/name_f] / [name_f]Rachael[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I like the tailored sound of this one. I think it would be cute for a baby.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- is so popular right now it almost doesn’t feel 90’s. [name_f]Pretty[/name_f] and timeless I think, if not overdone.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- feels less 90’s and more classic and timeless

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- very early 2000’s to me. It has a cute vibe but I don’t like the ā€œClā€ sound. I prefer [name_f]Zoe[/name_f]!

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Sophie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- beautiful sound but again [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is so popular right now it hardly feels 90’s

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- feels more like an older vintage revival [name_f][/name_f]- pretty, simple and sweet

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Hailey[/name_f] / [name_f]Haley[/name_f] / [name_f]Hayley[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I always thought this name had such a beautiful and soft sound, like [name_f]Hannah[/name_f], [name_f]Ally[/name_f] or [name_f]Amy[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- definitely 90’s but would love to see on a baby girl today

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- can’t decide if it feels more vintage revival, 90’s or classic?

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- part 90’s feel, part vintage revival [name_f][/name_f]- I can imagine a baby with the name especially with nn [name_f]Emi[/name_f] / [name_f]Emmie[/name_f]

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Brianna[/name_f] / [name_f]Briana[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- totally 90’s, cute name

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- feels more 2010’s and current, though I did grow up with an [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] nn [name_m]Izzy[/name_m]

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Madeline[/name_f] ā€œMaddieā€ [name_f][/name_f]- Grew up with sooo many Maddies!! I see the appeal but I’m bored with it.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Paige[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- has a more distinct sound from other 90s names. More simple, tailored and less frilly. Seems to be good middle name material nowadays.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] & its spelling variants [name_f][/name_f]- same with [name_f]Maddie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- grew up with so many Kate’s and Katie’s, it just bores me now. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite spelling is actually [name_f]Katelyn[/name_f].

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- dated to the 90’s for sure and can’t say I love the sound though I see its appeal

That’s not easy, cause I love [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], [name_f]Sophie[/name_f], [name_f]Hailey[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Emily[/name_f] and [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f]! I think today I would choose [name_f]Hailey[/name_f], she is just so lovely, sweet and cool.

[name_f][/name_f]

I think my least favourite is [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]. Nothing wrong with her, but I never liked her much.

it’s so fascinating how ā€œ90’s namesā€ varies so much depending on where you’re from!! some of these I would not consider popular amongst people I grew up with, and some very[name_f][/name_f] popular ones for me are missing from your list!

[name_f][/name_f]

favorite: [name_f]Ruby[/name_f]! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:[name_f][/name_f] this is my #1[name_f][/name_f] most beloved name of all time, so I’m biased [name_f][/name_f] but I just think she’s perfect in every way! sweet, warm, cozy, quirky, spunky [name_f][/name_f]- just all the good things! I especially love nicknames [name_f]Bee[/name_f] & [name_f]Rue[/name_f] :growing_heart:[name_f][/name_f] this doesn’t feel dated to me, it feels very vintage actually! the only person I’ve known with this name was my great grandma, and I feel like it fits in with the old fashioned comeback names (like [name_f]Mabel[/name_f], [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_f]Hazel[/name_f], [name_f]Lucille[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], etc)!!

[name_f][/name_f]

least favorite: Briana/Brianna & any of the Kaitlyns! these are very dated to me, I knew so many growing up, and so they feel too overused to me unfortunately. I also have a hard time imagining a baby born now named that, they all feel like they should be at least in their 20s [name_f][/name_f] (I have a soft spot for [name_f]Caitlyn[/name_f] thanks to Arcane[name_f][/name_f], but it’s not a big enough factor to get me to like the name!)

[name_f][/name_f]

as for the others:
[name_f][/name_f]Rachel/Rachael [name_f][/name_f]- I definitely prefer the [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] spelling, though the ā€œaeā€ is cool! [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] is pretty, it’s not my style, but I can see the appeal. It’s a bit dated, but not overly so. It makes me think of Friends[name_f][/name_f] every time I hear it! I’m also not a fan of ā€œRae/Rayā€!
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I do really like [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] actually! I wish it wasn’t so popular [name_f][/name_f] but I think it’s sweet!! I love the nickname options (my favorites are [name_f]Via[/name_f], [name_f]Liv[/name_f], & Ollie), and the [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_m]Benson[/name_m] association! I wouldn’t consider this dated, I view it as very modern!!
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- not my favorite, but a sweet, very soft name. I think [name_f]Gracie[/name_f] is a cute nickname. This name feels classic or timeless to me, not dated!
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- again, very pretty & sweet! slightly dated, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see a baby given this name currently.
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Sophie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- so sweet, warm, and cuddly! I think [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] is just adorable. A bit overused, but I think that’s just because it’s so lovely!! I always think of the little girl from Halloweentown[name_f][/name_f], so I think that’s why I think it’s so sweet
[name_f][/name_f]Haley/Hailey/Hayley [name_f][/name_f]- this is a nice name! has a pretty sound. it does feel 90s/2000s to me, but not in an extreme way. I think I prefer the [name_f]Haley[/name_f] spelling, with [name_f]Hailey[/name_f] as a close second. I do personally prefer similiar Halle/Hallie!
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- just too overused for me to like, but otherwise I’d like it! I like that it reminds me of [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Swan[/name_f] from Once Upon a Time[name_f][/name_f], but that’s the only redeeming factor for me!
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- this is another soft, pretty one! I think while [name_f]Emma[/name_f] feels dated, [name_f]Emily[/name_f] feels classic/timeless to me!!
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- would be in my bottom 3! this is one that just was so overused, I’ve probably known 100 in my life at this point [name_f][/name_f] I even have two[name_f][/name_f] cousins with the name (not spelt this way, but same name)! [name_f]Bella[/name_f] is sweet though.
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Madeline[/name_f] ā€œMaddieā€ [name_f][/name_f]- I really[name_f][/name_f] am not a fan of [name_f]Maddie[/name_f]. It’s very dated and overused to me. I love [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] though, very sweet & warm! I prefer the -line pronunciation!! [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] (any pronunciation) feels more classic than dated to me!
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Paige[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- again, a bit more dated, but not too bad. I prefer the [name_f]Page[/name_f] spelling (and for a boy ).
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- dated, but I’ve always thought this name was very pretty! For about a year of my childhood I wished this was my name after befriending a [name_f]Megan[/name_f]! :joy:

These feel more 00s to me than 90s, but could be the kids I grew up with… I didn’t know a lot of kids with mainstream names, ironically.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is probably my favorite; she would be on my short list if it wasn’t so close to my nephew’s name (although [name_f]Olivet[/name_f] is even more similar than [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], so I’m not sure that’s a great excuse lol). [name_f][/name_f] I adore [name_f]Rachel[/name_f], [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], [name_f]Grace[/name_f], and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] too, though!

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]My[/name_f] least favorite is probably Brianna—I couldn’t tell you why; I’ve just never liked it. [name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f] would probably be my second least favorite, but most of these I don’t really have an issue with.

If I were picking a name for my daughter, I’d probably pick [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Emma[/name_f]! I think [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] is very spunky and cool, and I enjoy the classic feeling [name_f]Emma[/name_f] has since it is tied to literature. If I were picking a name for myself, I would probably go with [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] or [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]! [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] is my favorite out of the list, though. I’d say [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] is my least favorite. It doesn’t look all that appealing to me, and it just feels a bit generic.

[name_m]Favorite[/name_m]:[name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Ruby[/name_f]! I want this to be the name of my next daughter if we have another child. I love that it’s vintage but has a nice spark to it! It makes me think of [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] the Riveter. I didn’t know anyone named [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] growing up as a '94 baby, which is maybe why it’s my top pick!
[name_f][/name_f]@readingreverie’s pick for [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is actually the name I would probably use because I have always loved the name [name_f]Emma[/name_f], and it’s the top honor name we want to use!

[name_f][/name_f]

Least favorite:[name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]. I don’t know why, but I distinctly remember really disliking the name as a kid.

[name_f][/name_f]

As a fellow 90’s child, others that were popular in my age group were:
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Amanda[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Kylee[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Macey[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Abby[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Jessica[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Lizzie[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Brittany[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Kailey[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Courtney[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Chelsea[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Erika[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Samantha[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Danielle[/name_f]

[name_f][/name_f]

From your list, these were the ones that were super popular among my friends/classes:
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Breanna[/name_f] (usually this spelling)
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Rachel[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Kaitlyn[/name_f] (all the spellings haha)
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Hailey[/name_f], [name_f]Hayley[/name_f], [name_f]Haley[/name_f], etc.
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Emily[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Maddie[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Paige[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- my parents almost named me [name_f]Megan[/name_f] actually!

Favourite: [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] (elegant and sophisticated but versatile and charming too)

[name_f][/name_f]

Least favourite: [name_f]Grace[/name_f] (yes, it’s my name. I find it bland and harsh)

[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]

I also enjoy:

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- bright and sparky
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Sophie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- sophisticated and sharp but sweet too
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- bubbly and charming
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- literary, strong but sweet
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- bright and elegant
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Brianna[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- light and zippy but with strength too
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- cosy but tough

Favourite is [name_f]Grace[/name_f], because it’s timeless, a true classic.

[name_f][/name_f]

Least favourite is [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]. I have a visceral reaction to all the [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] names, and not in a good way. (The only exception is the Scottish form, Ishbel). [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] in particular gets that reaction.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite is [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], but it’s difficult to choose between that, [name_f]Madeline[/name_f], [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] and [name_f]Emily[/name_f].

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]My[/name_f] least favorite is [name_f]Chloe[/name_f].

[name_f][/name_f]

Rachel/Rachael [name_f][/name_f]- I strongly prefer the [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] spelling, but I love this name. She’s so strong and tailored but totally approachable.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- The ā€˜livia’ part is pretty, but the ā€˜o’ at the beginning puts me off. I don’t know why.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Sweet, but virtue names are not my thing.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I find this name extremely cutesy and harsh (it’s the ā€˜klo’ sound, because [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] sounds fine) at the same time.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Sophie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I like her [name_f][/name_f]- she’s sleek, gentle and somewhat stylish [name_f][/name_f]- but sometimes I feel she’s too soft. I generally prefer [name_f]Sophia[/name_f].

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Gemstone names are also not my thing.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Hayley[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- This is the only spelling with which I somewhat like this name. [name_f]My[/name_f] main problem is that I like the sound of the first syllable but not the second.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- A fine name, but insubstantial to me.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I love this. So pretty and sturdy and romantic.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Brianna[/name_f] / [name_f]Briana[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- A fine name.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- A personal favorite. [name_f]Regal[/name_f], elegant and pretty. I like [name_m]Izzy[/name_m], [name_f]Bella[/name_f] is fine.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Madeline[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Another personal favorite. She’s stunning, very solid, classic yet not the most expected. I like [name_f]Maddie[/name_f].

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Paige[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Has a nice sound, I would probably like it if I didn’t just think of the word ā€˜page’.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- With this spelling, I like the name, but it’s a bit harsh. I prefer [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] or [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f].

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- This name just bores me. [name_m]Even[/name_m] just [name_f]Meg[/name_f] packs more punch than [name_f]Megan[/name_f], somehow.

[name_f][/name_f]

All this is just personal opinion though!

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite:[name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] – she’s sweet & spunky, with so much charm, but isn’t overused!

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]My[/name_f] least favorites:[name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] – I love [name_f]Bree[/name_f] on her own, but [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] has just never appealed to me. [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] – I’ve just met too many Isabella’s, I think, so she’s lost her sparkle!

[name_f][/name_f]

A lot of these are great! I also love [name_f]Hayley[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f] / [name_f]Emily[/name_f], [name_f]Caitlin[/name_f], [name_f]Megan[/name_f], & [name_f]Rachel[/name_f]!

this is fun!

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Rachel[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Prefer this spelling, I do think it is fun and timeless, I can’t imagine a little girl called [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] but it is really sweet.

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- [name_m]Classic[/name_m] and timeless, but not for me (She says, loving the name Olive)

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] name, does feel overdone

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Similar to [name_f]Grace[/name_f], but I do prefer the name [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]! [name_m]Just[/name_m] know a million of them

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Sophie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Grown to like this more over the years, it is a sweet name, very popular, still lots of Sophie’s being born today

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I think it’s a cool name but not for me

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Haley[/name_f] / [name_f]Hailey[/name_f] / [name_f]Hayley[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Don’t love it, don’t hate it!

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- On my long list! I think it’s a really sweet name but still popular

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Would 100% be on my list if I didn’t know so many

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Brianna[/name_f] / [name_f]Briana[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Not for me, but very 90s!

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Went to school with lots of these!

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Madeline[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- On my long list [name_f][/name_f]! (rhyming with pine, not pin)

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Paige[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Not for me

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- Know loads of these! Think it’s quite a classic name

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- It is a sweet name, growing up in [name_m]Wales[/name_m], I do know loads!

I would say I like all of these names. They’re all fine names. I was born in the late 90s so they just don’t feel very interesting to me because they’re the names of me and all my peers. I’m not sure where you are from, but I’m from the UK and would say that the names were fairly similar. Brianna/Briana is the only one I think came a bit later than the 90s. I associate that more with the 2010s and onwards.

My favourites are Rachel, Grace, Sophie, Ruby, Emma, Emily, Isabella and Madeline.

Edit: Somehow I totally missed the ā€œchoose oneā€ part of the title. If I had to choose one, I would pick Emily

my favorite is rachel[name_f][/name_f] :ewe:

[name_f][/name_f]

rachel is gentle and vintage and oh-so sweet, plus, every rachel i’ve met i really loved! she’s also got that same rhythm as mabel and hazel, and the boyish short form ā€œraeā€, so i think she could make a comeback! :bouquet:

[name_f][/name_f]

i don’t particularly have a least favorite, but i do think that a name with only one (common) spelling is more likable to me! :yellow_heart:

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is [name_f]Emily[/name_f]. She’s so pretty.
[name_f][/name_f]I also love [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Grace[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]My[/name_f] least favourite is probably [name_f]Hailey[/name_f]. But I don’t dislike it. It’s just not for me.
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]My[/name_f] husband had a girlfriend called [name_f]Rachel[/name_f], so she’s out, but I do like the name.

Fav – [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]Least Fav – [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] and anything [name_f]Brianna[/name_f]

Knew too many ā€œBri’sā€, liked none of them; and [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] is just not me

my favorites are [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], [name_f]Sophie[/name_f], [name_f]Ruby[/name_f], and [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]

[name_f][/name_f]

[name_f]Ruby[/name_f] doesn’t feel 90’s to me. it’s very trendy rn as an American, and the only one I know of is 2 years old. [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] also feels more 00’s and 10’s, especially since Sophia/Sofia is still one of the most common names I see in little kids

[name_f][/name_f]

none of the others are my style. I dont like [name_f]Rachel[/name_f], [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Emily[/name_f], [name_f]Paige[/name_f], or [name_f]Megan[/name_f]. the others are just neutral

[name_f]Caitlyn[/name_f] is my favorite. I knew a few Kate’s and Katie’s but only one little girl named [name_f]Caitlyn[/name_f] and she was a cutie patootie with a big personality.

[name_f][/name_f]

Im not a fan of Brianna… mostly because im related to a [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] who is a golden child that can do no wrong but in reality she is a hot mess, arrogant, self-centered, a liar and a thief. Negafive association to the name, is all.

[name_f]Love[/name_f]: [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] (this spelling) & [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] (though the [name_f]Bella[/name_f] names are way too popular again)

[name_f][/name_f]

Like: Rach(a)el, [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Sophie[/name_f], [name_f]Ruby[/name_f], [name_f]Emily[/name_f] and [name_f]Grace[/name_f].

[name_f][/name_f]

Not so keen on the rest (though love people with some of these names) [name_f][/name_f]- with [name_f]Paige[/name_f] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] being names I’ve never warmed to. [name_f]Paige[/name_f] is too harsh though I get why some might find it open and zippy. It has always struck me as a little surprising how [name_f]Emma[/name_f] has been so popular for so long in US. It’s just about OK to me but feels like a name for a parent / relative somehow [name_f][/name_f]- eg mummy etc. [name_f]Caitlyn[/name_f], [name_f]Brianna[/name_f], [name_f]Haley[/name_f] & [name_f]Megan[/name_f] super dated to me and I’d never pick them as names [name_f][/name_f]- but I still find them comforting somehow.
