We’re currently TTC our second child. Name dreaming keeps me sane! Our 2-yr old son’s name is [name]Harris[/name]. It’s a family name that we had picked out years before we were TTC the first time around and it’s just a perfect fit. It’s been tough finding a boy name we love nearly as much. The girl name is 99.9% set…[name]Alice[/name], another family name.
My fav boy pic is [name]Sayer[/name], but hubby only likes it as a middle. I try to stay away from anything too popular, like surnames and names with meaning.

[name]Walter[/name] (but honors the same person as [name]Harris[/name]’ middle name)

It’s the name we have picked out if this baby is a boy and we get really weird looks from anyone we have mentioned it to. I’m so happy to hear that it’s been used as a first name and I’m not crazy for wanting to use it
[name]Hi[/name] there! [name]Happy[/name] to “meet” another (potential) [name]Harris[/name] mom! We love the name and feel that it fits our sweet, spunky little man perfectly! I do sometimes get frustrated (particularly at work) with people who hear [name]HarrisON[/name] no matter how many times I say [name]HARRIS[/name]. It’s worth it, though…and for what it’s worth, I MUCH prefer [name]Harris[/name] to [name]Harrison[/name] or [name]Harry[/name].
I don’t like the name [name]Harrison[/name] much either! My parents thinks it’s weird do they want my hubby and I to compromise to [name]Harry[/name] but the name doesn’t have the same feel at all. Plus it’s our choice not theirs
[name]Harris[/name] is an awesome name, great job with baby number one And I just love [name]Alice[/name].
For another boy, [name]Walter[/name] would be great, but if you want to honor someone different, I would go with [name]Bauer[/name] if you end up using a family name. [name]Forrest[/name] doesn’t complement [name]Harris[/name] well and [name]Lewis[/name] ends the same way.
If you don’t go with a family name, I love [name]Graham[/name], [name]Grant[/name], and [name]Griffin[/name] from your list. I think I like [name]Harris[/name] and [name]Griffin[/name] best, but all three of the ‘G’ names go amazing with [name]Harris[/name]. I like [name]Harris[/name] and [name]Jensen[/name] too, if you’re up for a suggestion.
I love [name]Harris[/name] too! It’s up there on our list for our next baby due in [name]March[/name] if it’s a boy. I think [name]Harris[/name] would go well with our son, [name]Archer[/name] [name]Cole[/name]. I also love [name]Griffin[/name] & would use that if a friend of mine hadn’t used that already. I don’t think [name]Lewis[/name] is any worse with [name]Harris[/name] than [name]Alice[/name] is. They all have -iss ending. If you ended up having three, [name]Harris[/name], [name]Lewis[/name], and [name]Alice[/name], that would be super cute, [name]IMO[/name].
