A few new combos, thoughts?

I’d love to get your opinions on these:
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f]
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Sybil[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] ([name_m]OTT[/name_m]-till-lee)
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Augusta[/name_f]
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f]

& for the bonus round
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] & [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_u]Lionel[/name_u]

Some gorgeous names in there. I adore [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f]. I also love [name_f]Augusta[/name_f], [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f]. (I’m digging your middle names).

Thank you! I do love longer & grander names in the middle spot while I prefer simpler (or simply shorter) names up-front.

These are gorgeous names. My favorites are [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f], [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f], and [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Augusta[/name_f]. Although [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is too popular for me, [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] is stunning!

You have got some stunning combinations!! (I’m a big fan of most of the names in your signature, and I can’t help but adore [name_f]Ada[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Maude[/name_f]!)

[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] - I really love [name_f]Edith[/name_f], and I like [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] quite a bit too, but I’m not sure how I feel about the two together. I almost wonder if maybe [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] is perhaps a bit too clunky to fit with [name_f]Edith[/name_f]? Other than that, the flow is perfect.

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] - I adore [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] - it’s one of my favourite names! [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] is also lovely (Downton [name_u]Abbey[/name_u] made me love it, and Sybbie as a nn), and the two make for a beautiful pairing. [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] is darling.

[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] - This is by far my favourite of your new combos! Classic, understated, and beautiful, I think if I could use [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] myself, I’d have [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] on my own list!

[name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] ([name_m]OTT[/name_m]-till-lee) - I love [name_f]Flora[/name_f], and I love [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f], but I’m not sure on the two together. It almost feels a little too vowel heavy for my liking. I think I prefer [name_f]Florence[/name_f] [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] or [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] [name_f]Flora[/name_f].

[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] - I really like [name_f]Mabel[/name_f], and I used to adore [name_f]Augusta[/name_f], but she sort of lost that bit of sparkle for me. [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] makes for a sweet, yet clunky pairing, kind of like [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f]. I can’t decide if I love it or not.

[name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] - [name_f]Margot[/name_f]'s really been growing on me lately, I’m starting to love it, and I have always thought [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] was gorgeous. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] pair really nicely together, I like it!

[name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] - My second favourite behind [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] - I think I actually did have [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] on my own list once! [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] is stunning, and I love the balance here, it also combines two of my favourite time periods - [name_f]Violet[/name_f], popular in the Victorian era, and [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f], which saw more usage in the Georgian era.

[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] - I’ve never been a fan of [name_m]Charles[/name_m] (all I picture is [name_m]Prince[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m], who isn’t really a person I want to visualise when thinking about an adorable baby named [name_m]Charles[/name_m]), but I love [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]. [name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] goes very nicely together - very regal.

[name_m]George[/name_m] [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] - I love the name [name_m]George[/name_m], but [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] just doesn’t do it for me. I’m not entirely sure why, but I’ve just never liked it. For me, [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] doesn’t compare to [name_m]George[/name_m], and feels a little lacklustre next to it.

@brenae
Yes, [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is very popular all over it seems, still, I love the name (and have for a long time) as it suits so many different people. I personally know 2 and they’re both very different yet it works nicely for both of them.
I do think that [name_f]Emma[/name_f] really deserves a more unusual/grand middle name, though, as [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] or [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] just seem lackluster at this point.
With [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], I love how it gives the combo a Victorian era vibe, [name_f]Emma[/name_f] doesn’t seem as modern/current anymore but rather like a sweet vintage choice.

@lawsonhaley
Thank you!
[name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] is a recent addition to my list and she adds something to [name_f]Flora[/name_f] that I rather like, which is a sweet but strong vintage name that doesn’t push the combo into “clunky” territory but still feels timeless rather than classic (which, and I love the name obviously, [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] does).
Wether I’ll keep [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] with [name_f]Flora[/name_f] or not, I’m not sure, but I’ll try it out a little longer.

1.[name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Henrietta[/name_f] -I love this @opheliaflora. Some would look at the number of ‘t’s’ and 'h’s- I think that’s what makes it very distinctive.
2.[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Sybil[/name_f] - Both beautiful names but not a combo I am overboard about.
3.[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] -I agree with the PP who says this is her favorite. Its a gem. So sweet, pure and not clunky.
4.[name_f]Flora[/name_f] [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] ([name_m]OTT[/name_m]-till-lee) -no -I am so sorry (I am but one opinion.) [name_f]Flora[/name_f] is so brilliant and Ottillie is so much my favorite but I can’t get past the ‘ra-ot’- it runs in together so that Ottillie is a little lost.
5.[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Augusta[/name_f] - Its a good combo but just does not have the ‘frisson’ affect that 1.2.& 6. do.
6.[name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] - Yes, yes. Wow its the best combination for [name_f]Margot[/name_f] I’ve heard. [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] seems to add to a number of names you have used. Its a very special & versatile name.
7.[name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] - same as [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Augusta[/name_f]. good not great for me.
