Hi, I’ve been crushing on Ned lately but my ex is called Edward and went by Eddie so any Ed- name is out for me really, even though I love them.

Any ideas?

I think [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] is a good full name, though you said you don’t care to use an [name_m]Ed[/name_m]- name. Maybe [name_m]Norman[/name_m] or [name_m]Armand[/name_m]?

Some of these are obviously borderline but have the similar sounds to [name_m]Ned[/name_m].

[name_m]Ned[/name_m] has to be short for [name_m]Edward[/name_m], unless you just use it on its own. Which would be fine.
