🌈 a look at our current list

I love all these descriptions and I’m sure any child of yours will want to read this one day.

My thoughts are:

Ruth and Fern are probably my faves.

Ruth is so symbolic, religiously speaking and both she and Fern balance your set. They’re both charming; Fern is a little lighter, Ruth is more intense (in a good way!).

I also really like Solveig, probably with Beatice - or with another name like Rosanna. Took an awful edit sign to add: I also like Lenorah Solveig. Leonor(e) & Leonora Solveig are also beautiful.

I like Lilias including for her strong symbolism, but I think it’s a bit close to Willa - so is Luella to me - and might anyway trip people up. It would be a middle name only for me, Eg Ruth Lilias. You might want the strong L connection between the names though and I do appreciate her tailored feel and her distinct S ending. (My great grandmother was Roses which I find to be so delightful!)

I like Valley and Kindred - they’re both gorgeous esp with Josephine (which would be so good to use as middle with the connection to your husband). They read a little “youngest child” to me as they’re different to the older three. Rosemary Kindred could be a lovely option too btw, you could still use Indy. They would probably be middles for me, same for Hosanna, but I’m drawn to them being your husband’s and your favourites.

Chavalah might be tricky with enforcing the starting sound (?). I also just see this as probably Jewish more than distinctly Catholic - not that this matters especially but if you’re particularly aiming for the latter?

You have plenty of lovely names to choose from, but some others you might like in your combinations:

Blythe, Verity, Linnea, Laurel, Jemima, Sylvie in top spot (but I think with a different middle to Fern, eg Sylvie Kindred), Clare, Cecile, Brigid, Bernadette, Therese/Tessa/Tess, or Agnes.

Hope this helps! And good luck for Fri! :crossed_fingers:
