Roll a d4 for how it is resolved. 1 – Work things out where they are. 2 – Switch classrooms within the same school. 3 – Switch to a private or charter school. 4 – You start homeschooling them or enroll them in an online school from home. If they are now in a different school than the rest of your kids (including homeschooled or online), you can choose the same for any of your other kids when they start school.
- They experience a serious illness.

- Choose whichever one you like.
Teens and adults. (These are unlikely to happen within the first ten years, but there are possible scenarios where they can, so I’ve included them in a simplified form. Also I’ve been working on this for hours today and hours yesterday, is another reason they are simplified.) When they reach adulthood also roll a career or choose one based on existing interests, and roll location starting at table 3. - Disability or mental illness.
After getting here, increase everyone’s age by one and go back to the top to roll new events for the new year, until it’s been ten years since you started.
