OH and I have been playing around with middles for [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] and finding it rather difficult. Our only vaguely agreeable combos we’ve found are:
My immediate reaction to the best middle for [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] was [name_f]Mary[/name_f], eg [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] I think it has the same quiet vibe.
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] isn’t a name that appeals to me but I agree it flows well.
I like [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Annika[/name_f]. Maybe something along similar lines would be perfect!
While I think that [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] is a lovely name and I think it’s risen above its mythological/biblical ties – it would probably not be wise to match this name with her opposite: [name_f]Mary[/name_f]. It plays towards irony too much. Similar to naming a baby [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] or [name_f]Jezebel[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]. All lovely names – too much weight together.
[name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] seems a little overly floral to me, though it does sound nice.
[name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Corrine[/name_f] / [name_f]Maureen[/name_f] / [name_f]Aveline[/name_f]— anything with an -een ending
[name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] has a lighter sound than [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] and my first name is Aymee so I have a hard time seeing it as a middle!
[name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Azalea[/name_f] of your 3 choices is by far my favourite… It’s gorgeous. [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] was my first thought when I read the title if your post!
[name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] or [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f] would also be absolutely gorgeous.
I do like [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Amy[/name_f] and [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Lilith[/name_f] [name_f]Emily[/name_f]?
