I’m starting a new short story and I’m not sold on the name I initially picked for the protagonist. What would you name this girl?
It’s a dystopian setting so any type of name is fine. She used to be a sweet, naive college student before a war destroyed her life as she knew it. Since losing her girlfriend (Linnea), who was always much bolder and braver than she was, she has become reckless and destroys enemy buildings with Linnea’s tactics for revenge, almost hoping she doesn’t make it out alive. I’ve called her [name_f]Aria[/name_f] “Ari” and [name_u]Sasha[/name_u] but neither seem right. The other character in the story is [name_f]Lena[/name_f].
What name would you give her based on the pic, description, or both?
You know what’s funny… I immediately thought of [name_f]Aria[/name_f] for her… and then I unblurred the spoiler! I think it’s a good fit.

I really liked [name_f]Kiera[/name_f] (normally prefer the [name_f]Keira[/name_f] spelling but [name_f]Kiera[/name_f] just looks more like her?), [name_f]Rhiannon[/name_f], [name_f]Freya[/name_f], [name_u]Indra[/name_u], [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f], and [name_f]Isadora[/name_f], but I decided to go with [name_f]Kiera[/name_f] in the end!
