I get it now! I didn’t even take into account that FN was in brackets before each middle name pairing - whoops.
Alright well obviously I love the idea of [name_f]Oriana[/name_f], so [name_f]Oriana[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] is my recommended set of middles (although I do love combinations of other names with [name_f]Oriana[/name_f], too.) I went through and read some of your other posts/comments to get a better idea of what you’re looking for and I think including [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] is a very sweet compromise as a middle because [name_m]Paul[/name_m] had mentioned [name_f]Iris[/name_f], but you’ve always loved [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] (if I recall correctly!) So I’m going to suggest a couple firsts for both of those middle pairings
[name_u]Robin[/name_u], [name_u]Bernie[/name_u], [name_f]Celia[/name_f] & [name_f]Junia[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Junia[/name_f] (with [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f]) because it has the same flow/feel as your other littles while still having it’s own feel. The nameberry description says “[name_f]Juno[/name_f] is hot, [name_u]June[/name_u] is showing signs of a comeback along with other month and day names, whereas [name_f]Junia[/name_f], the name of the the first century [name_m]Christian[/name_m] referred to by the apostle [name_m]Paul[/name_m] as an apostle is yet to be discovered.” Going with the “how to honor your husband” idea, I think the straightforward biblical reference of “[name_m]Paul[/name_m] acknowledges [name_f]Junia[/name_f]” is quite sweet. If you’re into nicknames much, I think Jia (in reference to [name_f]Gia[/name_f], from the initials) meaning “God’s gracious gift” is also a nice touch. It’s a name that’s wearable young or old, original and memorable, yet not strange.
[name_u]Robin[/name_u], [name_u]Bernie[/name_u], [name_f]Celia[/name_f] & Maryn [name_f]Oriana[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] - You mentioned in another post that you and [name_m]Paul[/name_m] love nature and the sea, and Maryn means “of the sea”. To go with this idea, there’s also [name_u]Brooke[/name_u], [name_f]Talia[/name_f] “dew of heaven”, [name_f]Marina[/name_f], [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], [name_f]Marissa[/name_f], [name_f]Moselle[/name_f], [name_f]Lorraine[/name_f] (this actually means Sea [name_u]Gull[/name_u] apparently), [name_f]Adriana[/name_f], [name_u]Morgan[/name_u], and [name_f]Cora[/name_f] to name a few with similar meanings.
[name_u]Robin[/name_u], [name_u]Bernie[/name_u], [name_f]Celia[/name_f] & [name_f]Lark[/name_f] [name_f]Oriana[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] - You also have mentioned how much you like the idea of birds reaching up to the heavens and keeping [name_m]Paul[/name_m] company, and while [name_u]Robin[/name_u] already fits that bill I thought it may be nice to apply with this little girl, too
Other bird names - [name_f]Jemima[/name_f], [name_f]Aya[/name_f] (too close to your name?), [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f].
Since you seem to prefer feminine, flowing names that roll off the tongue for girls ([name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Amelie[/name_f], [name_f]Oriana[/name_f], etc.) I thought I’d put in one last strong vote for [name_f]Paloma[/name_f]. It’s very obvious in sound that it is a nod to [name_m]Paul[/name_m], but it also has the flow and feel that you seem to like although may not have noticed because of the “[name_m]Pal[/name_m]” association. It also means “[name_u]Dove[/name_u]” which is a bird of peace, so very fitting for the situation. [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] goes well with most of your double middles - [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] [name_f]Oriana[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] & [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f]. And if that wasn’t enough convincing (my post is getting so long!!) I will just say that I am named after my father, [name_m]Daniel[/name_m], as [name_f]Danielle[/name_f] and I love the connection. There are plenty of usable nicknames that the weight of the name won’t be too heavy to live up to, and I truly think your daughter would love its thought & purpose.
So sorry for the lengthy response but I wanted to make a decent case for each thought
Can’t wait to hear what you think!
