[name]Hi[/name] all, I need help with a help with a sibling name to go with [name]Maya[/name] [name]Jane[/name]. The reasons I chose [name]Maya[/name] are that I like its soft feminine sound, international appeal, and it isn’t super common. I liked pairing it with a more traditional, short middle name. I also think the two together sound slightly southern which is a good thing since we live in the south.
Following that reasoning, so far I like the names [name]Neena[/name], [name]Lola[/name] or [name]Layla[/name], and [name]Thalia[/name] with a short middle name like [name]Grace[/name], [name]Rose[/name], [name]Quinn[/name], or [name]Pearl[/name], for a baby girl.
I also love nature names like [name]Meadow[/name] and [name]Willow[/name] so I guess I’m just kind of all over the place!
I’m open to opinions and suggestions, thank you!
[name]Maya[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is gorgeous. I love [name]Layla[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. I think that would sound great as a sibling with [name]Maya[/name]. I really think you should stop there more names would just make it more confusing but if you insist here are some other names that you may like.
[name]Sophia[/name]
[name]Anna[/name]
[name]Olivia[/name]
[name]Claudia[/name]
[name]Isabella[/name]
[name]Nadia[/name]
[name]Alyssa[/name]
[name]Gemma[/name]
I really like [name]Nina[/name] with [name]Maya[/name]. [name]Nina[/name] [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Nina[/name] [name]Pearl[/name] are gorgeous. IMHO [name]Thalia[/name] is beautiful but may not fit stylistically. [name]Layla[/name] is too close in sound to [name]Maya[/name]. [name]Lola[/name] and [name]Maya[/name] would be a spunky pair. Here are some more two syllable names, I especially like [name]Willa[/name] b/c it is close to [name]Willow[/name].
[name]Ada[/name]

I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Layla[/name] [name]Grace[/name], thanks so much.
I really love [name]Nina[/name] [name]Pearl[/name] and agree that [name]Maya[/name] and [name]Lola[/name] work too. Thanks for the suggestion of [name]Willa[/name]-really cute and different!
From [name]Indian[/name] mythology, [name]Maya[/name] is a name of the goddess [name]Devi[/name], the consort of [name]Shiva[/name]. Alternatively, it is a variant of [name]Maia[/name], the name of a Greek fertility goddess, the daughter of [name]Atlas[/name] and Pleione, and mother of [name]Hermes[/name] ([name]Mercury[/name]) by [name]Zeus[/name].
