I am pregnant with my second child, I have a boys name picked but looking for more inspiration for girls names.
My favourites are currently [name_f]Alice[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f], which is your favourite to go with big sister [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]? I am also interested in hearing other suggestions as well.
I adore [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]. [name_f]Alice[/name_f] is perfect for a sister, but [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is nice. It’s doesn’t have the same classic charm as [name_f]Alice[/name_f], in my opinion.
I like both, but I think I slightly prefer [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] & [name_f]Alice[/name_f]. [name_f]Clara[/name_f] would sound really nice too. I also like:
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]–seconded
[name_f]Nell[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Vera[/name_f]
[name_u]Josie[/name_u]
[name_f]Pauline[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosie[/name_f]
[name_f]Bess[/name_f]
[name_u]June[/name_u]
I love [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] together! Also seconding the suggestions of [name_f]Clara[/name_f], [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_u]June[/name_u], [name_f]Cora[/name_f], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Lola[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] goes beautifully with [name_f]Sadie[/name_f], as does [name_f]Clara[/name_f] which a previous poster suggested. [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is lovely too though.
I guess I’m the odd one out, but I love [name_f]Claire[/name_f] with [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]! [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] is simple, spunky and homespun, characteristics which [name_f]Claire[/name_f] shares. [name_f]Alice[/name_f], on the other hand, always feels a bit prissy to me.
Thanks you everyone for your replies! I am leaning more towards [name_f]Alice[/name_f] but then I get a pull towards [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. I love them both! Thank you too for the other suggestions. Some great one there! Thank again!
For me [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] is more of a casual or nickname-type name than either [name_f]Alice[/name_f] or [name_f]Claire[/name_f], so I like a more informal name to go w/it. Maybe…
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] are both so perfect with [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]! However, I think [name_f]Alice[/name_f] works better. It’s super close in popularity, and has the spunk of [name_f]Sadie[/name_f].
