A Sister for Sawyer (opinions please!)

Our daughter’s name is [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] “back-wrote”. Her nn is [name_f]Essie[/name_f], taken from her initials. I’m due in [name_u]August[/name_u] with our second, and we just found out it’s another girl. Woohoo!!

Which of our top 3 do you think would work best? And we’re open to totally new suggestions too! My husband is pretty much set on [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], but I want to make sure we consider any/everything before we make a decision!

Of your top 3 [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] and [name_f]Willow[/name_f] work the best together. [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] flows better than the other middle names.
[name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] & [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] work well together imo.

I like [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] best. [name_u]June[/name_u] and [name_f]Junie[/name_f] are really cute nicknames.

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]-more feminine, yes, but not too bad. [name_u]Penny[/name_u] is not my favorite though, I prefer [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] or [name_f]Nellie[/name_f].

[name_f]Willow[/name_f]-also pretty, but I don’t like Lowie

I think it’s totally fine to have two -er names. I think [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] goes well with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]. I also like [name_f]Willow[/name_f].

I like [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]! In my opinion, I think [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] are really similar in femininity, both are adorable on baby girls but would really suit spunky characters too.

Some suggestions:
[name_f]Elowen[/name_f]
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]
[name_m]Theron[/name_m]
[name_f]Farah[/name_f]
[name_f]Harlow[/name_f]/Arlow
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Daria[/name_f]
[name_f]Zara[/name_f]
[name_u]Quinn[/name_u]

The first name I thought of to go with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] was [name_u]Harper[/name_u]. I think they fit together perfectly. Maybe [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]?

Out of the three you had already chosen, I think [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] and [name_f]Willow[/name_f] fit with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] the best. [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] flows really well, and so does [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f].

I like [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] best with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], second choice [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]. I think [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] is different enough from [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] even though they have the same endings. I like [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. Others you might like are [name_u]Finley[/name_u], [name_u]Hadley[/name_u], and [name_u]Riley[/name_u].

[name_m]Ah[/name_m] congratulations! We are also expecting a girl in [name_u]August[/name_u] and just decided to name her [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. So, I’m totally into your style.

Looking at what you have, my first favorite is [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] nn [name_f]Nell[/name_f] or [name_u]Nelly[/name_u]. I think [name_f]Essie[/name_f] and [name_u]Nelly[/name_u] is so sweet together and sure, [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is a little more feminine than [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], but it’s a lovely contrast while still working great together as sisters. You could also nickname her PJ.

You could also do [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u].

My second favorite is [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] nn [name_u]June[/name_u]/[name_f]Junie[/name_f]. [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] is nice, too. [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] and [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] go quite well together.

I’m not a huge fan of [name_f]Willow[/name_f], but Lowy is a sweet nickname.

[name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]!

I think [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] works the best with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f].

I also like these with big sister [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]:

[name_u]Kennedy[/name_u]
[name_u]Skylar[/name_u]
[name_u]Makenzie[/name_u]
[name_u]Peyton[/name_u]
[name_u]McKinley[/name_u]
[name_f]McKenna[/name_f]
[name_u]Taylor[/name_u]
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u]
[name_u]Addison[/name_u]
[name_u]Madison[/name_u]
[name_f]Madelyn[/name_f]

If this hasn’t been suggested yet, you could go with [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] nn JJ ! I think the formal first is complementary with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] (a neutral first & feminine second) and the nickname potential makes it extra spunky. [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is my favorite of your top three, however, with your last name. I think it sounds darling and not too feminine with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] - [name_u]Penny[/name_u] dresses it down a bit and makes it more approachable, as well.

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]!!! This name is on my list  I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] it! I don’t think [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]/[name_u]Penny[/name_u] is too feminine with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] at all.
