I’ve just now had the problem that I can’t seem to get into my account from the homepage (as in the acc where you have all your lists and favourite names). It seems to be loading without an end in sight, but it’s not because of internet problems (everything else works). Does anyone have the same problem? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you guys have any suggestions for a possible solution?

Please try clearing your cookies and cache. I have had this issue before and this worked for me.

Thank you so much, it worked! But now I have another problem… I somehow can’t get on my account (creator_of_worlds). Instead I’m on this one that I do not use. Logging out doesn’t work because when I want to log in again, I land on the same one. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any tips for that?

@rosepip had this issue and cleared specifically cookies for “api.nameberry” (correct me if I’m wrong, Sappho!) which did the trick.
