Anything goes, but try to keep it relatively sensible and not get it to crazy or traumatic to the players (So no spaceships, extreme randomness, or that kind of silliness .) If you have seen it in “Create a Family With A Twist” or " Add to the Adventure (Vol.1, 2 & 3)" its generally safe to use that type of idea/event here. That way (hopefully) everyone will be happy.
The story can switch to a new main character at any point as long as that new person has been mentioned in a previous post. The ideas and possibilities are endless, so have fun with it!
