9 year old Thuan from Hanoi, Vietman is a calm young boy who enjoys dancing, singing and cuddles from his foster mother.
Thuan has been diagnosed with down syndrome and was surrendered at birth by his birth parents for unknown reasons. He is currently residing with an elderly foster mother whom he has a lovely bond with. We feel that regular phone calls with her would help ease the transition for Thuan, as well as they would like to maintain their bond.
